This very modern two bedroom apartment forms part of a 12 storey building which is located next door to the famous excel exhibition and conference center opened in Novermber 2000. In April 2009, Excel played host to the 2009 G-20 London Summit.
The property does not just benefit from a close proximity to the Excel Center but also the Royal Victoria DLR station which again is at the back of the building. The DLR goes straight to stratford International (Olympic Village) within 11 mins. You can also use the DLR to central London. The journey time is about 20Mins.
This property is also next door to Crowne Plaza Hotel, so if you feel like eating out or having a drink in a very trendy environment then you have it. In total you will have access to about 6 hotels in the area including, Renaissance, Novotel & Ibis.

Frais de ménage obligatoire pour un séjour de moins d'une semaine (non marqué dans la traduction française). Pas moyen de négocier auprès du propriétaire. Caution en liquide (chèque non accepté). Pas de table et de chaises sauf celle qui sont sur le balcon. Certaines serviettes mise à disposition n'ont pas été changées (dentifrice dessus). Le 5ème couchage est un lit gonflable. Propriétaire non présent pour la restitution des clés et de la caution (problème de compréhension entre 4H du matin et 4H de l'après midi). Internet théoriquement disponible mais sans les codes d'accès connexion impossible. Pas d'adaptateur français pour les prises électriques. Pas de bonbon mis à disposition comme sur les photos. Rideau de salle de bain qui tombe tout seul. Le seul point positif appartement très bien situé à 30 secondes du métro (DLR) et des commerces
Réponse du propriétaire Moynet was very difficult to work with. I advised him of the cleaning fee three weeks before his arrival but he never said anything until it was about 4 days before his arrival. The fifth bed is an inflatable bed which was big enough for his 5 year old daughter. The pictures show the bedrooms and the beds available, where is the other bed going to come from? The apartment is a self cartering apartment and if cleaning or change of towels was needed, he would have called me for a housemaid to come and clean or put it in the washing machine. He did not have enough security deposit which again I advised him three weeks, that we only take cleared funds. We do not accept cheque from a foreign bank account as that can be easily cancelled. I also took just a part of the security deposit which i rarely do because he got three kids. Moynet, did not want to make a call from his phone, until I called him to ask him if everything was fine and he said no internet and I wanted to tell him where to get it in the apartment but he said he will call back when he gets to the apartment. Again he never called. He booked a flight for 4am in the morning on sunday, when I asked him when he was leaving maybe because of the language barrier he said 4:00. I never knew he was talking about 4:00am. If I knew it was in the morning, I would have told him that I could not make it. Anyway, he left the keys and I gave him back his deposit the same day through paypal. I also paid paypal fees as he said he would not want to lose anything. The bathroom curtain, falls as his kids probably play with it.
