You will be happy to come back home after a tiring day visiting the eternal city and sit in the patio, enjoying the evening fresh air in a flowering garden!
The apartment is recently renovated and fully equipped ( washing machine, dish washer, microwave, electric oven, hairdryier, iron, satellite tv, cd/dvd player,central heating, airconditioning,rechargeable mobile phone)
We also provide crib and high chair for our baby guests.
At your arrival you will find an italian welcome drink in the fridge and some snaks for your first breakfast, together with detailed city and metro maps , and brochures of all museums, events and exhibitions in town.
We will help you and give you tips to live Rome like a Roman...
We can organize a private car from/to the airport.

EUR district ( 15 min) , Parco dei medici district with World Food Program headquarters( 10 min), Monteverde-Gianicolo district with Villa Pamphili and American Universities (10 min).

Communication with the property owner before we arrived was good. She met us at the Villa Bonelli station and showed us the way to the apartment, which was appreciated. The apartment is a bit away from central parts of Rome (accessible either by train - not metro - or bus) but is very nice with a good kitchen and even laundry machine. Perfect for a family to stay in! Grocery stores are conveniently located and it is a quiet neighbourhood.
We stay for one week in Alfresco and enjoyed it very much. The location is very good for bus and train. The apartment was clean and room. You feel soon home. Also the help of Carola and Mouro is great for the first things you will know when you just arrived in a big city like Rome (which nr of busses etc.)The little supermarket is good enough, they have almost everything you need. It is a real quiet place.
Die sehr gepflegte und gemütliche Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, aber mittels öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel sehr gut angebunden (Bahnhof und 2 unterschiedliche Bus-Endhaltestellen jeweils zu Fuß in ca. 5 Min. zu erreichen). Supermärkte, Tabacci und Bar sind auch in 5 Min. erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig, liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine kleine Terrasse, die bei entsprechendem Wetter nachmittags in der Sonne liegt. In der Wohnung ist nicht alles neu und hochglanzpoliert, aber sehr sauber und sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Die Ausstattung ist gut (Klimaanlage, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, CD/DVD-Player, Sat. TV, W-Lan Internet-Zugang). Aber das beste ist Carola, die Vermieterin. Sie ist nett, flexibel und unkompliziert. Carola erklärt geduldig in sehr gutem Englisch was man in Rom wo und wie am besten macht. Welche Transportmittel man wählen sollte um wo hinzukommen u.s.w.. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden sicher wieder kommen. Dirk
Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, ist jedoch verkehrstechnisch(Zug und Bus) sehr gut angebunden. Es ist der ideale Ort, um nach einer anstrengenden Besichtigungstour zu entspannen. Die Wohnung beinhaltet alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub in Rom braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr große Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieterehepaares.
