“Excellent” Highly recommend this apartment...it was in a fantastic location and cleanliness was spotless...everything you need is at the apartment, it really is home from home...loved it! Transfers were efficient and friendly! looking forward to going back :)

“Enjoyable time with my Family.. all 12 of us” My Family and myself stayed at Casa Julio for 10 nights, there were 8 adults and 4 children. Location is great, opposite Charlies bar that does lovely homemade food. Beach is lovely, approx a 20 minute walk away. All the Kids 11yrs, 6yrs, 6yrs and 1yr old loved the pool. Lots of fun can be had. It is nice and private It was great having the dishwasher, washing machine etc. Fully air conditioned which is FAB .. 3 bathrooms so no queues. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday. We found the Strip to be mainly geared towards the young 'clubbers'.. Old Town is for all and only a 5 euro taxi drive away.. You can get Happy hour Large beers for 2 euros.. Breakfast is approx. 5.50 euros for small breakfast, 8.50 euros for mega (2 of everything).. A meal out for 2 Adults, 2 children with 1 drink each works out approx. 50 euros.. The only thing that we feel could be improved is the garden maintenance as the gardens are all dried up and not watered so leaves are constantly in the pool. Also for the price paid (£260 p/n) we feel there should of been some housekeeping during a 10 night stay. When I enquired whilst there (day 4) I was told that it is only provided for a 2 week stay, although someone did come out and change beds the day after I emailed. That being said I would still recommend the Villa for groups and Families and wouldnt rule out visiting Albufeira again some day ..

“Group booking” 5 minutes from Faro airport yet quiet. 15-20 minute walk to nearest shops. Difficult if you don't have a car as not easy to get taxis. Villa spacious, clean, all rooms had aircon and all 7 bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen for those that want to cater for themselves. Hosts available if needed and very welcoming, they are clearly proud of the property and want you to enjoy your stay

“What a fantastic holiday!!” Myself, my husband and my two boys had a wonderful holiday at Windmill Hill and our apartment was in a perfect location within the complex. The apartment itself was very spacious with great storage for all of us considering it was a one bedroomed apartment. It was well equiped for all your needs, it even had a tv with BBC 1 so my husband could watch the olympics, so really home from home!! We also had the choice of eating on two balconies with great views or the terrace with a view of the pool. My two boys aged 3 and 9 had a wonderful holiday, met lots of friends who they intend to keep in contact with. I think this means that we are already thinking about returning next year so thank you Rob & Gill for a lovely holiday!

“Beautiful villa in a great location” I cannot recommend staying here highly enough. Not only is the villa beautiful, spacious and comfortable but Claudio is the perfect host. He made every aspect of our stay easy, from organising the transfers ( what lovely men our drivers were too!) to quickly sorting out the problem with the air conditioning. He even gave my parents a lift to the strip on the day we arrived as he could see they were struggling a little after the journey from home and the ferocious midday sun. It was appreciated The villa is in a lovely quiet street but only about a 10 minute walk to the quieter more family oriented top end of the strip. We tended to stay this end as we had 4 children with us and there were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from ( the bottom , beach end of the strip is very lively, great for the young ones) The bus stop for the land train which takes you into the old town is very convenient, just over the main road. We did this a few times and the kids enjoyed it . We found the villa suited us perfectly. Plenty of space for everyone, a brilliant games room which the kids and adults enjoyed, good size pool and a lovely bbq.

“Absolutely fab” Stayed in Sept 2011 fabulous villa thought of everything you would need for your stay, everything you would need even down to a floating bed for the pool, pool area wonderful we had it to ourselves all week.
