“Unbeatable Location” This was our first time to Barbados and we were a group 3families with teenage kids. The location was just superb,right on the beachfront, beautiful clean quiet beach. House facilities also amazing with 2 lounges and 4 bedrooms. All furnished to a good standard and well maintained. Facilities were exactly as described.AC only in bedrooms but this was not a problems as the sunsets from the lounge were just to die for. We had 2 housekeepers who were generally good and kept the place nice and tidy. Laundry was done every day. Unfortunately they had a bit of an "attitude" which could have spoilt our holiday and pestered us regularly about making sure we left good comments. However we considered that they meant no harm and got on with enjoying. Some things we were not told about beforehand was that if you ask the agents to get shopping for you beforehand, they charge an extra 10%. Also taxi firms recommended by agents tended to hike up their fares (don't know if there was a cut for them somewhere) as local taxi firms were generally 40% cheaper. However overall it was a memorable holiday and, subject to what I have said, I would recommend the place.

“Fantastic Villa” Just returned from 2 weeks at villa Beija Flor and found it excellent. All the rooms were lovely and extremely spacious. The pool and garden were great and we loved watching the beautiful humming birds. Had a few BBQs but had to time them well to avoid the sudden downpours! The villa had everything you could possibly need & more with iPod docks and hair dryers in every room & the kitchen was very well equipped. Juliet the property manager was fantastic and couldn't do enough to help us. We enjoyed exploring the local area and Heron Bay was just a short walk away along with a few local bars. We walked into town a few times and also got the local 'Boogie Buses' from the end of the road (sometimes a hair raising experience!). The only difficulty we found was that to get to the main road you had to walk down a fairly busy road with no footpath which could be a bit tricky, especially at night, but taxis are easy to get if you don't want to walk. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

“If you really want to feel at home on holiday, look no further.” After a fantastic stay last year we returned here for 2 weeks in April/May (this time 5 of us). Yet again despite its size and very modern feel we immediately felt at home – definitely a property for living, rather than just staying in. And with so much room & sleeping options (and 3 huge bathrooms with walk in showers) on two floors, and living space in the middle, it is perfect for groups. There are lots of communal areas to share or not as the mood takes you, but also privacy when needed. We love that there are 3 terraces so you can follow the sun round the house (or in my case hide from it). It was pretty warm & sometimes humid, so the plunge pool really came into its own. It’s a great place to nurse a Rum Punch and watch while more energetic friends get the huge BBQ going and load up catch of the day from the local fish market. It’s also in a very quiet and safe area, but only a short walk away from the beach/nightlife/shops. We loved the early mornings, breakfasting on the terrace and watching monkey patrol & spotting the odd Parrot or Hummingbird from the terrace. We also really appreciated the lounging space outside at the end of the day, returning for a dunk in the plunge pool & a gaze at the stars after our sunset cocktails & supper on the nearby beaches. The other thing that really makes this great property to stay in is its proximity to everything Holetown has to offer, but without the party noise at night. There is a choice of high-end restaurants (The Tides – wow) or bars with a more local vibe really close by, so no need to drive or grab taxis. Try Zacccios, where Happy Hour while the sun goes down may well become a favourite destination. Also on a Sunday night (but after about 9) try people watching in 1st Street where the TML One Love Bar Karaoke - but not as we know it - turns the entire street into a mini block party, filled with more locals than tourists. The other thing to mention is the value of staying somewhere owned by people who clearly love the island & know it well. Their Big Black Book was filled with local hints & tips & made sure we didn’t waste a moment. We quickly found the best places to eat, drink, swim & watch the sun go down & every one of their suggestions delivered. Perfect! While the West coast has glitzy hotels a plenty if you really want to feel at home, look no further. It’s a great alternative to the increasingly fancy but ultimately ubiquitous hotels that ring the Barbados west coast. And while it feels like it would be great to stay on the beach, a few nights walking back amongst the carousers convinced us we were right to choose this property.

“Fantastic location, amazing views and everything you need for a relaxing getaway” Had a lovely first stay on Barbados at Coralita and can't wait to return. The location is beautiful. On arriving at the property, we couldnt have imagined the views from the balcony would be so breathtaking. Everything we needed for a relalxing family week ( 4 adults ) was provided. The 3 balcony's and a sun terrace meant we could have had one each! Its a superb spot to explore the island from and hire car is recommended to access the lovely restauarants near by. Holetown chattel village has a nice vibe approx 1 mile away. Highly recommended as a lovely "home from home" on holiday!

“Caribbean Heaven!” As soon as you enter this luxurious apartment, you find yourself never wanting to leave. Everything has been thought of to ensure your stay is homely and welcoming. The views from the balconies are simply stunning - with one side overlooking the Marina and the other offering spectacular views of the beach and the aquamarine Caribbean Sea. Any stresses you may have had prior to your holiday simply disappear. A gentle 15 minute stroll from the apartment along white sands with time to dip your feet into the ocean leads you to Speightstown with the local ladies selling their fruit and veg from the pavement. There are a couple of quirky shops, a supermarket, a museum and a wonderful art gallery which are always worth a visit. There are also places to have a drink or a bite to eat to soak up the local atmosphere. You have access to two tennis courts - my advice would be to have a game and a quick dip in the sea before breakfast. Also, should you wish to dine at the Yacht Club, this is a 15 walk away from the apartment, however, it's fun to take the water taxi! A stay here is truly relaxing and I always come home having had a wonderful holiday.

“Absolutely STUNNING !!!!!!!” Having lived on the island for 5 years and visited Barbados so many times I've lost count, I recently returned to the island to bury my father (god rest his soul). Normally I would stay in the family home but with so many family returning for the funeral and because I was also travelling with friends I decided to rent apartments. We rented 2 apartments from Anna and all I can say is OMG...I am soooo glad I did. The apartments were stunning, spotlessly clean, very well maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed and perfectly located. Enterprise beach (formerly Miami beach....my favorite on the island) is a 2 mins drive or 15 mins walk away. I now understand why Anna gets so many wonderful reviews. She is an absolute star and the perfect host. She responded immediately to any request we had and is a treasure chest of knowledge on suggestions for things to do and places to visit. After a full day out exploring the beautiful island it was such a pleasure to return to the apartments, have a dip in the pool and then just chill out on the balcony and sip a 'Mountggay' enjoying the cool night breeze. The aircon in the bedrooms worked brilliantly and were ideal when things got 'too hot'. I will definitely be staying here again when I next visit the island and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. “BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, WELCOME TO PARADISE!!!!!” My girlfriends and I rented the house to celebrate my 30th Birthday. The house was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures do it no justice. Chef Anthony made the trip unforgettable, going above and beyond to accommodate us! Our stay would have not been the same without him. Judy (house keeper) was so pleasant and thorough. And Deborah (house manager) was always a phone call away. I am so pleased with my experience at The Atelier House!

“Fantastic unit within walking distance to the beach” Great 2 bedroom unit just north of Holetown within walking distance to the beach. We stayed for a week with our 5 and 3 year old boys. This unit is great for families or would be a nice fit for two couples travelling together. Alex and Jason were exceptional hosts. They met us onsite for our arrival and had the fridge stocked with essentials (including beer and a bottle of wine!). The unit itself is very well maintained, as is the complex and all onsite staff were extremely friendly. Holetown is only a 3 min drive away or buses are available to take you there for easy access to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The west coast beaches are the best on the island and this unit allows for easy access to enjoy them. Jason also operates a catamaran (Shasa Catamaran Cruises) and he and Rory were a lot of fun on the boat. The kids got to swim with Sea Turtles and a Sting Ray which was a highlight of the trip. Highly recommend this unit as it offers great value.
