“A View To Die For...................” Just spent a week at Villa Azura (28 Sep - 05 Oct). The Villa was excellent - quite modern but every thing the holidaymaker would need; what made it special was the fantastic heated swimming pool (and yes we did need the heating as it got quite chilly towards the end of the day). The location above Latchi gave spectacular views of the bay but was within easy driving of the marina and restaurants. One hour's driving was the bustling port of Paphos with an excellent selection of shops and restaurants - worth a visit. Another must do is a trip to the Troodos Mountains - spectacular views of the island. And if you want something special - visit the Anassa Hotel for a drink or a meal - not cheap but stunning. It has been 24 years since my wife and I spent our honeymoon in Cyprus and this was our first visit back - will it be our last? .... I doubt it!!!

“Lovely Apartment” We have just had a 10 night stay at the Katie apartments,the one we stayed in was called Chloe.The apartment was lovely and clean when we arrived,there was everything you could need.Had a problem getting the tele to come on,but Lee sorted that for us. There is a big balcony at the front with table and chairs for 4 plus 2 sunloungers.There is a small pool with gated access ,we stayed there 1day a real sun trap. Lovely large shower with constant hot water. It was about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach at Green Bay,or a 20 minute walk to Fig Tree beach in Protaras.We hired a car and found some lovely beaches ,we especially loved the one at Ayia Thekla , There is a regular bus into protaras costing 1.50 euros each or a taxi is around 7euros. There is aircon in bedroom and lounge which was definitely needed as it was red hot .wifi was also good. “Amazing” I have just got back from staying at this fantastic villa. We stayed for a week from the 8th - 15th September 2011. We booked car hire through Europcar and drove ourselves to the villa. We flew into Paphos and it took approx 60 min to get to the villa due to not knowing the roads. The directions were brilliant and we found it with no problems. The villa has all mod cons and there was bread and milk in the fridge when we got there :-) There was also a nice bottle of wine which was a happy sight after the travelling. The next morning we had out welcome meeting which was fantastic. We found out where the supermarket was (paps) and the best places to eat on the harbour. The Villa was extremely clean and fresh when we arrived. There are French doors leading out to the back of the villa from the downstairs bedroom and there is also a balcony out of the master bedroom, with exceptional views of the peninsula and Latchi. All local amenities are no more than a five min drive away and Paphos (when you get to know the roads) is only a 30-40 min drive away. During our stay we went to the Baths of Aphrodite: http://www.ultimatecyprus.com/places-of-interest/26-baths-of-aphrodite which was brilliant. Not that much to see however, there is a nature trail you can walk along the coast to the rock. Aphrodite Bath was only about 10 mins drive. We also went to the mosaics in Paphos (well worth a trip if your in the area) http://www.visitpafos.org.cy/Paphos_Mosaics.aspx The pool was a lot larger than we imagined and was a great relief from the mid day heat. There is decking with tables and chairs which is great in the evenings for eating and taking it the views. The locals are very friendly and always talk to you and make you feel welcome. I would recommend Y&P; if you are dining out in Latchi. We went here 3 times and had a great verity of meat and fish dishes. Overall the villa and surrounding area is amazing! I will be booking again for next year….but for longer.

“Great apartment on lovely complex” Stayed for three weeks in August, with my brother and niece, and had a lovely relaxing time. Located around 20 mins walk from harbour which is perfect for the fun/relax balance, the apartment is beautifully furnished with everything that you could want. The pool area, with infinity pool, was beautiful with no 'bun fight' for sun loungers! Being a residential complex, everyone is really friendly and full of local knowledge and info - anything you need to know, somebody will be able to help. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone - couples or families alike, something for everyone.

“Spacious, clean, and fully equiped with all necessities” We stayed at this villa with our 2 toddler boys, for 2 nights at the end of April, and wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you can expect in a home, and much more! We were delighted to find full sets of plastic utensils in the kitchen for our toddlers to use, a gate for the stairs, as well as cots and high chairs in good condition. The villa is very well maintained, convenient and suitable for families with children. The views from the balconies to the beach are wonderful, the pool and outside verandas are fully furnished and very well kept. George, the owner, was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly, prior to our arrival, Thank you! We fully recommend this villa, and plan to stay there again!

“Brilliant holiday.” Sunrise Villa in Pernera,is situated ten minutes walk to the beach and ten minutes walk to the centre,the Villa as all the amenities you need,a kidney shape pool with the sunshine all day,it is so clean and tidy,we have enjoyed our stay there,so we have booked for next year,we would like to thank the owner Bill,for all his help,and Jo the manager for making it a wonderful holiday.

“Delivered all that it promised” We have just returned from an excellent fortnight at the apartment. Everything that was described was on offer from the sunbeds by the pool to the necessary air conditioning which was just what was required as the temperatures rose. The whole booking process was smooth and efficiently handled by Diane and we were very impressed that Max who looks after the property in Cyprus was prepared to come out at 1.00 in the morning to show us the necessary after our flight was delayed. This property is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Paphos and 25 from the Tomb of the Kings Road. Diane arranged taxis to collect us and our daughter from the airport on seperate days and the same driver was used which I think put our daughter at ease as she was travelling alone. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. well worth visiting. Another nice touch was having beach towels provided as well as having towels and linen changed after the first week

“Home away from home” We’ve recently returned from a week away at Villa Athena, 2 couples (one newlywed) and a toddler. We picked Villa Athena as it had a gated off area beside the pool and considered this a bonus safety feature (risk averse paramedic and lifeguard in tow). We didn’t realise that the patio doors from the kitchen led straight out to the pool so couldn’t leave them open with the toddler around, but it was handy to contain her in the garden area whilst we had a BBQ one evening, could do with a couple of extra wall lights around this area. On arrival, there was a bottle of bubbly left for us, as well as milk, bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, toilet paper, jam and bread. This was completely unexpected and a wonderful gesture. The Villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need in a home away from home. Loads of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, BBQ tools, water cooler, cleaning equipment, baby gates, travel cot, baby high chair, etc. Pool and bath towels also provided. The air con worked brilliantly, showers lovely. Both bedrooms en-suite, beds very comfortable and we slept great all week, only disturbed on the last night by residents from Villa opposite apparently having a party. We had a problem with the microwave not working, but this was rectified the very next day, great service! The pool catches the sun pretty much all day, we loved it. Cleaned twice during our stay and the water quality tested, there is a filter which appears to run on a timer. The sun-loungers are quite worn and not very comfortable so we didn’t use them much, preferred to use the chairs. Parasol is also a bit worn and wobbly, the very heavy base making it difficult to move around. The Villa is in a great location, we had a car which made things easier, but theres a lovely beach within walking distance and local supermarket and restaurants (recommend Delicious fast food for takeaway kebab!) on the doorstep. A huge supermarket and lovely bakery within 5 min drive. Fig tree bay is less than 10 minutes away, Cape Greko & Agia Napa less than 20 minutes away. There was a bus stop on the main road just outside the villa complex. We booked via the TripAdvisor app and found the whole process extremely easy. Good value for money, great communication from Joanne, and pre arrival information given. Overall, we all had an amazing holiday and my partner and I will definitely be looking at booking Villa Athena again!

“Excellent Villa Margaret” Villa Margaret is excellent, very well presented. We stayed for two weeks in August 2012. From the bedrooms to the Jacuzzi outside the villa feels very luxurious. Booking was easy and the owners are very friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend a stay. We have even stayed in the owners other villa opposite which is to the same high standards as Villa Margaret.

“Wow - what a great vacation rental!” We stayed in three separate villas on our Summer vacation to Cyprus this year. All three were in different parts of the island. I think I might regret telling you all just how good this particular rental is. We're a large family of 5, we need space, we need a peaceful location and we want a nice villa that feels like a treat. This villa has it all. The location is perfect. Polis is the only place to visit in Cyprus now. Its where the locals go for a break and there are relatively few foreign tourists. It has a bunch of good restaurants, some perfect beaches and the locals are really friendly too. This villa is located a 15 minute drive from polis, nestled in the beautiful mountains with views to the sea that are perfect. Its utterly peaceful but yet close enough to civilisation when you need it. The villa itself has a great layout. There are three good sized bedrooms, with ac for the evening, and plenty of outside living space to enjoy too. The upstairs patio is a great place to see the sun go down each evening. The pool is great, well sized and well maintained. We really could not fault the villa at all. We enjoyed our vacation in Cyprus but, until we stayed here, had thought we might not go back. The Lost Castle changed our minds for us. We would definitely go back.

“Tranquillity, with Stunning Views” We stayed at this beautiful Villa called “The Retreat” in July 2018, located a few miles south of Polis. The Villa is set reasonably high, affording it sublime 180 degrees views across the southern panorama and looking around in the distance there are farmland parcels and one-off villas. Most of the time, this is coupled with that golden sound track of “silence”. The Villa is well proportioned. Construction, layout, furniture and internal decoration are all well done and more than adequate. There were only the two of us and we used the en-suite bedroom upstairs and spent most of our time outside. Dark wood used internally makes the inside space dark with the shutters closed, but this is a modern villa. The swimming pool is gorgeous and its non-rectangular shape makes it look even nicer. For us, the garden was very important as we wanted to take lots of photographs of animals and biodiversity. There are many fruit trees which add to the overall pleasance of walking around the garden. For those interested in playing games there is table-tennis, pool table, dart boards and table football but the swimming pool and the garden win hands down. There are generous settings of tables, benches and chairs outside and a BBQ. Stone-clad walls and shutters keep the inside just cool enough downstairs but in July, at night, the air conditioning is needed to take edge of the excessive heat upstairs in the bedroom. The swimming pool affords complete privacy and this together with peace and quiet attracted us to this Villa. A couple of miles straight down the road is Byrons Supermarket which will cater for most needs but for comprehensive food and drinks shopping there is Papantoniu Supermarket in Polis along with a very good fish mongers opposite the pharmacy. Polis is also the closest beach. If one’s looking for a holiday property that is a perfect “getaway” with all that’s needed to hand, a fabulous swimming pool area, garden, all in total privacy then one need look no further. Simply wonderful.

“All boxes ticked” Spacious well appointed Villa with quality fixtures and fittings. As working parents with 2 teenagers we value our holidays, many may think our holidays are boring as we enjoy vegging out in and around the Villas we rent, Villa Pedro is ideal for a relaxing holiday, the roof terrace was our 2nd home for the duration, popping in and out of the Hot-Tub/Spa looking out to the sea in the distance all of this underneath cloudless skies. For a change we would swim and sunbathe by the pool. With a 20 minute walk you are in the busy Fig Tree Bay strip, or 5 to 10 minute walk to the sea and local beach........Needless to say we will be booking again..The Crouchmans

“Lovely Villa” This really is a lovely 4 star villa. Rav P who dealt with our booking was fantastic and dealt with all of my needy requests even before I arrived. The villa itself is lovely, the bedrooms were very comfortable and two of them shared a balcony with lovely sea views. We all got a good nights sleep as the mattresses were very comfortable. The bathrooms were adequate. The downstairs was really nice with big patio doors that opened up to a view of the pool and sea. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a nice dinning table to sit 8. The downstairs annex is great for another family it had a separate twin bedroom and then a small lounge area with a big double bed in an alcove with their own separate bathroom. There was a slight musty smell on the stairs leading down but you could not smell it in the bedroom. The villa has a lovely big pool and there were nice sun loungers for us all with a couple of parasols. There is also a big table and chairs with a parasol outside. Coral Bay is a lovely resort for families and the villa is within easy walking distance of main strip with all the restaurants and bars and the beach. You do not need a car unless you want to travel further afield. There is a good bus service that will take you to Paphos town. I would definitely recommend this villa and would definitely book again the next time I visit Coral Bay.

“A Home away from Home” We have stayed at this apartment several times over the last 6 years having originally discovered Paphos and used hotels such as Alexander the Great. On each and every occasion we have had nothing but praise for the apartment, the complex and the friendly management crew. As soon as we go through the door the facilities and comfort induce instant relaxation. With excellent cooking, bedding and entertainment facilities its sometimes a hard choice whether to stay in or go out to one of the bars or restaurants a short walk away. A beautiful pool area and well-maintained plants and lawns are a joy to relax in. Thoroughly recommend this, we love it and are going back April 2012 for another 2 weeks.....oh, and again September 2012, Wonderful!
