The apartment’s size is 70 square meters, has contemporary design and is divided in two spaces: the living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and the bedroom with a bathroom which has a glass partition and gray cement interior for hygiene and luxury.

Both spaces are comfortable, have beautiful materials and guarantee a delightful stay.
Ideal for a couple. A sofa turns into two beds in the living room for a third and a forth person or a child. 

The owner is an architect and has designed the interior of the apartment with excellent materials, great design and quality of construction.

The Athens area
If you have an interest in Archeology the most interesting spots are walking distance from the apartment.
The Acropolis and the new acropolis museum, the temple o Olympian Zeus, the archeological museum, the ancient market, the temple of Ifaistos and so on.


But to get to the places of historical interest you walk through the old city of Plaka, Anafiotika and Monastiraki area where the flea market is. 

Spending the whole day walking around these places and having a meal of souvlaki or moussaka at a taverna is very enjoyable.


If you like the nightlife many open air clubs are in the center and near the sea a few kilometers outside the city.
The ancient roman theatre "Irodio" is under the Acropolis and offers excellent shows during the summer.

The region of Attica where Athens is located is visited a lot because of it's mediterranean climate, the bright sun, the beauty of it's nature and the places of historical interest.
To experience all that in a day one can start from Athens, drive along the sea coast to cape Sounio, visit the ancient temple at the edge of the cliff and lay on the sand beach right underneath it admiring the temple during sunset. 

Then have a fresh fish dinner at the local taverna on the same beach. Of course there are many other historical destinations that can be combined with visits to beaches, hot springs and local cuisine.
