Alles war ganz großartig. Nur die Abfalleimer ein wenig klein für einen 4-Personen-Haushalt, der gerade den Leipziger Wochenmarkt leergekauft hat.

We had a great time in Leipzig. The owner had given us easy directions to the house. The flat is in top condition, clean and fully equipped. He also gave us some good tips and info useful for our short stay. The only draw back is the distance to the city, but there was an easy and frequent connection by tram.

I would whole heartly recomend this apartment in Leipzig for size, cleaniness and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Wolfgang and Martina are so friendly and helpful. The apartment is a 20 minute tram ride from the main train station and the city centre with the stop a short walk from the apartment and you can walk via the local supermarket for getting provisions :-) Leipzig is a lovely place to visit clean and feels so safe compared to many other cities. Lovely places to visit, eat and shop. The Stasi free museum is a must the English audio tour helps bring to life, life before the wall came down, a very moving experience ! Music is very much the life blood of the centre with concerts and buskers a like making wonderful entertainment. We also visited the Harz mountains and Wernigerode by Deuschte Bahn and vintage steam railway a wonderful area. Berlin was nice and to compare for English visitors I would say its like the differences between London and York. thank you Housetrip
