The open plan living/dining area is well equipped with comfortable sofas,Flat screen TV (cable) and dining table/chairs to accommodate up to 6 persons. The open plan kitchen has full cooking facilities, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a laundry area with automatic washer and dryer.
There is 24 hour security, a lift and 2 parking bays (on apartment level).
Access is via a coded keyless lock. The apartment is serviced prior to arrival and after departure. Cleaning and change of linen/towels is provided on a weekly basis on stays in excess of 7 nights. Additional cleaning and/or change of linen is optional at cost of Euro 45 per day.
