“A Wonderful Holiday” That time of year again to start thinking of holidays. Where to go? And how to better the last one, if you can. But how can we better the warm welcome we got from Sean and Helen on arrival at there beautiful home. What a lovely place, set just outside of the village Xamoudochori. And to wake up every morning to the view of all the Olive groves and at night to look up at the clear sky to see all the stars lit up just like a Christmas tree. What a perfect place to relax and recharge, where all the the local restaurant are excellent and plenty of places to go and see. If you are not sure where to go, then as usual Sean and Helen will be there to help and ensure you have a great time. We had a great time and always talking about it with our friends and family. A great place with great hosts. Well can we better it next year? Its going to be very hard to beat.

The House was exactly as described in a superb condition, and a superb position. Chania is a wonderful town and to be right in the old part and 100 metres from the Venetian harbour was magic.

“Paradise on earth!” My husband and I, together with our parents, spent 4 nights in Santorini at Anemolia Villa. It was the BEST 4 nights spent there! The villa was very clean, well-maintained, and huge! We were 5 people under 1 roof, and there was still room! The entire villa was laid out well, and the interior deco was very cosy. The view from the rooftop was spectacular, both in the daytime for breakfast, and at night when we went up to gaze at the stars (we saw shooting stars too! How absolutely magical!). The kitchen was well-equipped, and we used it to the max without any problems when we decided to cook on our last night. The jacuzzi was something we looked forward to return “home” to every day after our exploration around Santorini. The bathroom was big and clean, and we had shampoo/shower gel/soap provided, as well as separate towels for our showers and the jacuzzi. It wasn’t just the villa that made our stay at Santorini amazing. Our host, Spyridoula, was the “icing on the delicious cake”. Already before we arrived in Santorini, she was communicating with me both by email and once on the phone. We made arrangements for practical things like the airport/ferry terminal transfers, as well as the car rental (very recommended, if you want to explore Santorini). Everything was taken care of in advance, so we didn’t need to worry at all. Spyridoula welcomed us when we arrived, and it felt like we already knew each other for a long time! She opened a bottle of white wine as a welcome to her villa, gave us a tour around the villa, and showed us how things worked. She then provided us with maps, a list of things to do in Santorini, and suggestions for restaurants in the area. She also cleaned the villa every morning during our stay, and re-stocked the refrigerator with breakfast for the next day. It wasn't just the practical things that Spyridoula helped us with. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 years anniversary in Santorini, and when she found out about that, she went the extra mile! She recommended a special restaurant for us to have dinner at on our anniversary night, booked the place for us, and even arranged to have a delicious heart-shaped cake with 10 candles to celebrate with! She also arranged a surprise tour together with our parents as an anniversary gift from them to us. Talk about a 7-star service!!! I recommend EVERYONE to stay at Anemolia Villa when visiting Santorini for the first time. Megalochori isn’t like the tourist areas of Fira and Oia, so don’t expect to see a lot of tourists or shops in the area. If you want a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of people and traffic, then stay at Anemolia Villa, rent a car to get around, and I guarantee you that you will have a fantastic time in Santorini. We certainly did!

“Magnificent Mansion!” Mansion Kyani was spectacular. We were a group of 5 on holiday in Santorini this summer. The mansion was perfect in that it was separated into 3 private living quarters. The studio apartment upstairs with living room, kitchenette and outside eating patio was perfect - and with a view! The master downstairs was unbelievably gorgeous and the 3rd studio off the courtyard was fantastic as well. We were blown away with the design and details put into this spectacular mansion. The incredible courtyard is split into seating areas for lounging, eating, swimming or just relaxing. Location was right in the heart of a small village with incredible restaurants. We had the time of our lives! Words can not even begin to describe the beauty of this gem!

“Absolutely Fabulous!” We had a wonderful week at Kivotos villa. Eva and her husband Sakis could not do enough for us and were so hospitable but not at all intrusive. The villa itself is lovely, spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfy (very important for us when we are on hols). It is also very safe for younger children and would be perfect for disabled guests as it was all built with this in mind. The welcome pack was much better than we have had in the past, which was a nice treat. There are tremendous views of Rethymno Bay and the surrounding countryside. We had some lovely BBQ's on the veranda and really made the most of the pool. The couple's daughter came over many times to play with our girls, much to their delight. We were able to pick some cucumbers from the vegetable garden, which was lovely. Also Eva is very happy to escort you to the local supermarket and is full of advice on the best products to buy (the feta cheese was to die for!). We liked the fact that the entrance to the villa is gated and very secure. It might be also worth mentioning that the free internet access was excellent and very high speed (another thing that is important for us). The old town of Rethymnon is really fantastic, with beautiful cobbled streets and refurbished buildings and only a short drive away. We would definitley return to this region again and Kivotos Villa is the perfect place to stay. The olive oil that Eva made and gave us to bring home was super and it reminds me of them every time I cook. Wish we were there now!!

“Great stay” I was vacationing with my husband and two children 3,5 and 6 years old. Perfect place for families with children. Green area, lawn with a playground, swing, the entire set of children's transport: cars, bikes for all the children's age. Owners Yanna & Yannis very friendly. They have their own garden with olive trees and they treated us with their olive oil. Baby cot for the youngest daughter always ran the nice linens and planted pretty plush animal toys, the oldest too. Such details are very pleasant. The hosts are very friendly to kids. The interior of the villa is cozy and everything is done with great care. In numerous lockers I found an umbrella for guests, needles and thread, and a cocktail stick, children's books and toys, games for the whole family and a lot of other useful details. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a blender and juicer, and glasses for different occasions and all that you can think of. Such a well thought-out details all very pleasant and spoke about the real owners care about their guests. The beds are comfortable, in each of the rooms spacious and comfortable built-in wardrobe with drawers and lot of hangers. The house has an iron and ironing board, washing machine and dishwasher. Barbecue in the yard, you can buy octopus and cuttlefish in the supermarket and cook them on the grill. Nice dinner on the veranda. We took the car and drove around to rent the whole neighborhood. A far from the villa there is a cafe with two swimming pools - children and adults. The children were delighted with the pool. Also nearby is one of the most beautiful beaches - Vulizma with turquoise water, umbrellas and lounge chairs. To sum up: - Very friendly and good hosts - Wonderful to children and all the conditions are long - Comfortable accommodation and a beautiful villa and the area around it

“The perfect place to relax and rest your eyes on the stunning view” Villa Theia answered to all our expectations! A clean and beautiful house, a nice pool, a great view with marvelous sunsets and been taking care of by one of the friendliest couple we have ever met, Bob and Penny. With a rental car we explored the north of Corfu when the life at the villa got to quiet, but we always tried to reach back to see the sunsets from the terasse. “Traditional,excellent location & views,feel like part of village” This was our fourth visit to Lindos, our first to Three Brothers. Frank the proprietor could not be more co-operative, greets you on arrival (whatever the hour) and though we had no problems or complaints throughout our stay he was usually at hand to assist, so different from previous holidays where the rep could rarely be found. The studios sre ideally located, spotless and have wonderful views of the sea and the acropolis . Add the odd goat or donkey and you have an Greek experience which is very rare in the holiday brochures. One feels part of the village at The Three Brothers yet the beach, supermarkets, wonderful bars and restuarants are within minutes of the studio. Can't wait to return in July 2011.

“A Beautiful villa in a wonderful location” Set in the heart of the olive groves, the villa was much more than we expected. We went to Zante to get married and wanted to stay in the real Greece.This certainly is a sample of real Greece. The photos don't do the villa anywhere near as much justice as it deserves - it's gorgeous, the location is perfectly quiet and private, and you have easy access to local shops and tavernas. The island is fantastic and the people are great. We found the villa was perfect for us. Very clean, spacious and extremely well maintained. “Wonderful villa in beautiful location” We - husband and myself plus son and fiance - spent a tranquil ten days in Villa Katerina. The service from the owner, Stephanos, was first rate and included lovely little extras such as cake and cheese pies - and he ensured the fridge was stocked with cold Mythos! The villas are clean and beautifully designed, with lots of different outside spaces plus views of the the bay and of the White Mountains - stunning. Woke up to the sound of goat bells tinkling. Local beach lovely. Poseidon Fish Taverna as good as ever. We al loved it.

“We recommend it: nice and pleasant stay!” Very nice place: all the premises are new, fully and well furnished. You miss nothing. The flat gives you a wonderful view on the sea and a really nice and quite sandy beach is nearby, just one kilometer from the house. There is no swimming pool but you don't feel the absence, since there is plenty of wonderful beaches in just 10 minutes drive. Why are you looking for a swimming pool, when seawater is everywhere cristalline and warm? We enjoyed the sea a lot, especially our young daughter. The owners are growing a beautiful mediterranean garden, made of olive and lemon trees, lavanda, rosmary and jasmine: in the evening, when a fresh breeze makes the temperature more pleasant, it's very nice to sit on the terrace drinking some ouzo and passing the time chatting among us. You need a car since the flats are located in a small and quite village: it takes 15' drive for the capital, Argostoli, where you can find restaurants, shops, markets and all the other things you are used to at home. Food is everywhere nice and rather cheap: again, there is plenty of tavernas in all villages, where you can eat from midday to midnight. Maria, the owner, is very nice and always available for whatever you need, especially information on where to go and eat as well as weather forecasts. Moreover, she speaks perfect english. Last but not least, the building has two flats, one above the other, connected by a staircase. You can rent them separately but, if you leave the staircase door open, it becomes like one very large apartment on two floors. Perfect for friends with children who want to play together.

“Amazing View with the best access to the pedestrian street.” This rental is awesome. The views are amazing, with the location being just as good. You can walk out your own private entrance from the pedestrian street and within 20 meters find the boat tour counter, a market, 3 restaurants and car/motorbike rental. “Perfect location for our stay and summer school named "from structure biology to drug discovery"” Our summer school Athens has been taking place not far from Athens at the Villa Aventuro Anavissos in Attika in Greece for now three years and we intend to reserve the villa for the next upcoming summer school. The villa is the ideal location to having such courses, since it fits to our needs, due the very well-furbished seminar room (3 screens, a beamer, arrangement for more than 50 participants, appropriate light etc.). On the other side, the facility offers ventilated guest rooms with bathrooms, a huge dining and living room as well as a professional kitchen for self-catering of more than 50 attendees. We all enjoy every year the stunning pool (and pool area), where we had excellent barbecues, dancing, singing etc. On the top on that, Nicos and Anna, the owners of the villa always arrange great free times activities for all of us, allowing us to combine free times activities (Cap Sounio, beach, Sight seeing in Athen) with work sessions without having stress. Also, Anna is an excellent cook! We love her excellent Hungarian "goulash" and her souvlaki was just amazing!! Finally the villa has now become the place to be each year for our summer school. Thank you is much Anna and Nico for the excellent atmosphere and the very cordial welcome every year! Als already mentioned, we'll visit again!

“A Complete and most Excellent Choice” This was a most enjoyable experience and one I wish I had sampled before. Tempted in the past but never gotten round to it I am delighted I finally made it to Mykonos and this Villa. “Perfect location, fabulous view, total comfort” Greek Paradise is in the perfect location. Just a few steps up to Oia's shops, restaurants and art galleries. Just one step out my door was a 180 degree panoramic view of the volcano and caldera and then just blue skies and sea. The house had all the amenities I need including a safe. It was decorated with traditional cave house furniture. Add Marie's art work and you have a unique blend of simple island living, in total comfort, with a touch of art to enjoy. The artistically tiled bathroom is a beautiful example of Maria's hand in adding a truly unique feature to the house. Maria was a gracious hostess, sharing her knowledge and suggestions to get a real taste of the islands history, culture, food and beautiful beaches. She made my stay here special and welcoming.
