Description
The apartment is very spacious and has been fitted to the very highest standards. Located on the middle floor it boasts an extraordinarily large veranda, stretching the width of the apartment, where you can enjoy eating outside or just relaxing in the Cyprus sunshine. **Wi-Fi is available without extra charge**
Indoors there are 2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS one of which has patio doors opening onto the veranda, and a BATHROOM with shower/bath. The second bedroom has its own EN-SUITE shower room with toilet and hand-basin. Both bedrooms have extensive fitted wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers, 2 single beds (which can be put side-by-side to form a double) and air-conditioning.
The large air-conditioned OPEN - PLAN LOUNGE has patio doors opening onto the veranda at one end and a FULLY EQUIPPED FITTED KITCHEN with dining area at the other. One of the leather sofas converts to a double bed and there is a television connected to internet TV with movies and box sets plus channels available, satellite TV, and a DVD player with a choice of DVD's.
WI-FI IS AVAILABLE without extra charge.
Comfortable sofa-style outdoor seating is provided for breakfasting in the morning sunshine or enjoying a quiet drink in the evening, and four sun-beds are available for sun-worshippers.
Other apartments claim to be 'luxury' but we believe ours really is! We have tried to provide all the items you are used to having at home and more.

ATTENDING A WEDDING?
If you are attending a wedding in Cyprus our apartment at Nissi Golden Sands is ideally placed very close to all the major wedding hotels in the Nissi Beach location.
Nissi Beach Hotel and Adams Beach Hotel are just five minutes walk from the apartment, whilst the Aenaes Hotel is even closer. The Olympic Lagoon and the Dome Hotel are just a very short taxi ride away.
If you take a look at our photos we have included two maps from Google Earth showing the proximity of Nissi Beach Hotel and Adams Beach Hotel. The straight line distance to Nissi Beach Hotel is less than 450m and less than 360m to Adams Beach Hotel so you can see they are both very close to the apartment.
The Olympic Lagoon Resort and the Dome Hotel are just a few minutes away by car, as is Ayia Napa Town Hall and taxis are readily available outside of the Aenaes Hotel which is just across the road from Nissi Golden Sands.
Our guests that have been attending weddings nearby tell us that it is much nicer preparing to go to the wedding from the comfort of your own apartment rather than from a hotel room. Our two bathrooms, both with showers, allow even parties of more than two to get ready easily.
A steam iron and full-size ironing board are available so that you don't have to worry if your wedding outfit gets creased whilst travelling and we have dress-length hanging space in the wardrobe. Full length mirrors in both of the bedrooms let you see how good you look and there is even a clothes brush and shoe shine kit just in case.

“Very nice apartment and location”
The apartment is big, confortable, well equipped and very clean. Excellent location in a quiet area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, beach and at walking distance from the lively center of Ayia Napa. Public transportation is also very efficient. We had a very nice stay!
“Perfectly situated”
The apartment was all that was expected, the welcoming bottle of a nice touch. We were there for my son's wedding in Nissi Beach Hotel, so the location of the apartment was spot on. The amenities, balcony, loungers, everything was spot on. Even down to washing up liquid, washing powders, bin liners etc. There was absolutely everything that was required. Only complaint (but nothing to do with the apartment) was my son getting married in the height of the summer season. It was far too hot for me. Thank goodness for the air-conditioning in the apartment. Would I recommend this apartment to anyone else. Most definitely.

Отдыхали семьей , с 4 детьми в июле месяце, две недели ! В этом месте не впервые , но эту квартиру сняли в первый раз. Очень удобное расположение относительно моря! 5 минут ходьбы . В квартире есть все необходимое, как на кухне , так и в спальне ! Всё новое ! И мебель, и посуда, и даже матрасы радовали глаз! Магазинов много в округе! И если взять машину напрокат можно посетить все достопримечательности. Уборка раз в неделю, что тоже порадовало . В следующем году хотелось бы приехать на месяц, а то и больше !

“Fantastic Apartment, Home from Home.”
Brilliant Apartment We stayed here for our daughters wedding at the Garden of Eden. The apartment has everything and more. Spotless throughout, also everything in apartment is of excellent quality. The beach is a few minutes walk away. Also bars and restaurants a 5 mins walk away. Close to bus and taxi rank. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Owner's reply: I am sorry you only felt able to award a three star review. I was unaware of the problems with the TV but would have ensured they were corrected had I known. The hot water is heated by solar panels on the roof and the only time the switch is needed is when there isn't very much sun which I would not have thought would have been a problem during your holiday. The air con is on timer switches and guests are informed of this before their stay. This is so that we can provide air con at no extra cost and ensures it cannot be left on continuallly, or with doors open. There are also instructions in the apartment to explain that the key fob must be inserted into the socket for the electricity in the apartment to work. This also ensures that the air con cannot be left on when guests are not in the apartment. Thank you for your feedback.
