Description

Villa Nishita is a three bedroom villa with all the modern comforts expected in a high quality holiday home. The villa is located in a quiet residential area yet within walking distance of all the clubs, restaurants and beaches. There is a private pool and a landscaped garden with sun loungers and BBQ. The villa has three spacious bedrooms each with private balcony, en-suite bathroom and sea views. There are power showers and shaver points in each bathroom.

Inside the villa you will find spacious open plan living area with smart LCD TV, Wii, satellite(limited English channels) and DVD player. Bring your iPod and plug into our music player which can also play from USB and memory card. In the kitchen you will find a large fridge freezer, water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven.

Holiday maker comfort and satisafaction are the mottos of our villa either it is the fantastic location, fabulous sea views, internet TV or power showers. We provide all the linen and towels including beach towels. All you need to start your holiday is to bring yourself to our villa.

There is a wifi for all your smart phone and tablet connections including a landline that accepts incoming connections.

Excellent villa,well equipped stayed there with my family including grandchildren really had a great time. We did hire a car to get around as it's a good 20 minute walk to the beach it was a little tiring for the little ones. The neighbours very friendly. Definitely stay here again.

Owner's reply: Nearest beach is called Pernera Beach and is popular among families with children. We used to walk to beaches and town centre during morning and evening and used taxi/car/cycle during day when sun is hot when our kids were younger.

Loved the Villa and the pool. The location is ideal for a family holiday, nice quiet area but not too far for local shops. (10 minute walk into Ayia Napa) The children were in the pool from dusk till dawn, the neighbour was friendly and the villa was spacious and we were sad to leave. There were a couple of things that could have been better, a few of the sunbeds were ripped, an outside light was hanging off but these were minor niggles and did not ruin our stay one bit. I would definitely book this Villa again if we ever come back to Cyprus. Highly recommended !!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Subha/Bala (the owner) a message.

If Subha/Bala (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
