Description

The villa consists of a large open plan living area with ample seating for 6 persons. The large, spacious kitchen has all the amenities and utensils you need whilst on vacation.

The master double bedroom is light and airy with plenty of windows to bring in the sea breeze. An en-suite shower room with WC is also in the bedroom giving you total privacy to other guests in your party.

The second bedroom has two single beds with plenty of wardrobe space for your holiday belongings.

A family bathroom which has a shower, is in between the two bedrooms.

Round the back of the villa is more patio space complete with a traditional Cypriot BBQ, perfect for a long nights entertaining.

NOTE: Maximum occupancy is 4, however, we can allow room for an infant (under 2 years) in a cot (charged extra) and an extra person in a campbed (charged extra)

FLIGHTS

The nearest airport is Larnaca International with many airlines flying direct from the UK, Russia, Germany and more. Check Sky Scanner to find a flight.

“Great Holiday”

Really nice Villa, very clean. Good size swimming pool Good Wifi which also services the TV giving you plenty of choice, sky, bt sport and all English chanells if you want them. The villa was well equipped plus you get sheets and towels washed during your stay, the only thing we did miss is a dish washer. The property management (Simon and his wife) were excellent nothing was too much trouble and if he said he would do something or come round he would he was a very conscientious Manager and wanted to make sure our holiday went smoothly thank you Simon.

This villa is good opportunity for calm, romantic and independent vacation lovers. The villa is on the suburbs of Ayia Napa, close to the sea (just a short walk from a house, the sandy small Sirens beach is also reachable by foot and takes about 20 mins). The house has 2 separate comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (good option for families with kids or couples), BBQ area in the garden, nice pool (not very deep that is perfect for families with smaller kids). The only problem in the house was wi-fi that was not working well in the evenings (in daytime it worked without interruption). As the house is few km from the city and nearest shops the car is necessary. There are few restaurants on the beach about 20 -30 mins away from the house (with quite nice food, friendly service & prices). Our family enjoyed the stay in Sunny Villa and would recomment it for all the friends:)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
