90m2 apartment located on the first line of Levante Beach with beautiful views of the beach. It has high-speed optical fiber of 500 mb. It consists of 3 bedrooms. The most spectacular of the house is its luminosity, all the exterior walls are floor-to-ceiling windows, on the front of the house you can see the Levante beach and on the sides and the back you can see the Avenida del Mediterráneo . First quality materials have been used, as well as furniture and appliances are top brands. The decoration consists of a colorful and is a marked Spanish style. The house is surrounded by all kinds of services, bars, restaurants of many nationalities, cafes and shops. At 20 m. is one of the best and most complete supermarkets in Benidorm, Veracruz, where you can buy absolutely everything and at a great price. When the apartment is surrounded by windows, when they open an incredible breeze is established. The kitchen is fully equipped, conventional oven, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge 2m combi.

Great apartment in a fab location. View Of the beach and central to bars and restaurants. apartment very clean and Emilia was in contact to ensure all was good. Taxi service in time and very polite. Would recommend this apartment for a group Of friends to enjoy. Thank you

Well what an amazing holiday in a fabulous apartment. Nothing was too much trouble, communication fantastic before, during and after. Beautiful apartment, 2 mins to the beach and a 5 minute walk to all the nightlife. Emilia you were fab even organised the taxi for us. Just perfect and will certainly be returning next year.

La Mamma Mia was a fantastic find. The view was simply amazing of the beach from this sea front apartment. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Emilia was so helpful and available if you need anything. I can highly recommend this fabulous apartment for a fabulous holiday in benidorm. We will be booking again.

Well I honestly can’t recommend this apartment enough. The communication with the owner Emilia weeks before our stay was so easy. She answered all my questions. She organised taxi to pick us up at discounted rate both to the apartment and back to airport on return flight. Her colleague Manuel met us at the gate and showed us in and everything we needed to know. The cleaner was leaving as we arrived and it was immaculate she did a great job. Myself and my four sisters stayed here for four days for a birthday surprise. Emilia organised the balloons, a cake, candles for cake and gift for my sister for our arrival and wouldn’t take any payment for it. As one sister has problem with her legs stairs we’re out and the apartment was perfect. A lift right up to our door and right next to the beach. For anyone that struggles with stairs this apartment is perfect. The apartment had everything you need plus more. The location of the apartment is spot on with everything you need right next to you. It’s very spacious light and airy. Very comfortable stay and we’re booking again for next year. Emilia really goes above and beyond for her customers she really is the hostess with the mostess. Congratulations Emilia you have a SUPERB venue.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
