Description
Osprey has 5 bedrooms made up of 3 twins situated on the Ground Level, one with En-Suite. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with King Sized bed and a Twin room with En-Suite with Power Shower. Disabled wet room and toilet is downstairs and upstairs main bathroom and toilet. Flat Screen TV and DVD in the main lounge with second Flat Screen TV in the downstairs Dining Area. The Lodge can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Osprey Lodge sits next to our Ptarmigan Lodge which accommodates 6 guests. The Lodges have been designed to accommodate disabled access. Both properties are very spacious throughout. Bathrooms on ground floors are spacious wet rooms offering excellent facilities for wheelchair users.
Boat of Garten is a mile away with access to local shop, post office and restaurants. It is also home to the Strathspey Railway. Golf, fishing, Speysideway and woodland walks nearby.
Pets are welcome. Lodges are strictly NON SMOKING.
Good location for touring the Highlands with Inverness and Loch Ness less than an hour away.

“fantastic place to stay”
we spent Christmas here with all my children and there children, plus dogs. The scenery was breathtaking. The house was very well equipped, beds comfy. We even had snow on Christmas evening, which was brilliant. Would definatly love to return, soon as possible. Highly recomend...
