Description
This spacious designed, 85 square meters apartment is located in the picturesque old town of Cavtat on the Rat Peninsula south of Dubrovnik and offers a comfortable base from which you can enjoy the long beaches and romantic bays along the sunny Dalmatian Adriatic coast.
This newly renovated and modern, fully equipped apartment has its own, separate entrance and therefore complete privacy during your stay is granted. It has recently been fully renovated and is therefore equipped with the most modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air-conditioning (heating and cooling) in all rooms.
You can expect a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and one of them has its own en-suite bathroom. There is also another separate large bathroom.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, digital flat-panel televisions with cable channels, a DVD player, CD player and a radio. Through a wide passage, it goes into the modern fitted kitchen with a dining table and six chairs, which has as one might expect on the latest equipment, including a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and even a coffee maker. In one of the bedrooms there is a 160 cm x 200 cm large double bed, the second with two same 100 cm x 200 cm single beds set up, third with two same 90 cm x 200 cm single beds set up, and all have closets with plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. The living room sofa can repurpose into another, 140 cm x 200 cm king-size bed for an additional adult or two. Both bathrooms have a bathtub, of course, there also each has a wash basin with wall mirror, a hair dryer and a toilet (in one of bathrooms is also a washing machine available). A baby cot can be provided upon request, sufficient linen and towels is provided and the reliable wireless Internet access is offered free of charge in your apartment.
The living area opens directly onto your private sun balcony with a table and chairs and a shady awning. Here you can enjoy extended holiday breakfast in the open air and stunning sea views. In the complex you will enjoy communal, 28 sqm of sun loungers and parasols surrounded, at night illuminated swimming pool with an outdoor shower and views to the sea.
And should you arrive by car, you can always find right outside the house on the closed space always a safe parking.
The apartment is close to Cavtat promenade, restaurants, bars, near public transport to Dubrovnik, peaceful, relaxing, friendly atmosphere, beautiful sunsets, beautiful scenery.

“Beautiful place!”
We have just had a lovely week in this really clean, well presented, well equipped apartment with a beautiful pool and terrace in a small complex. We loved it! Ivana and Mladan couldn’t do enough for us, always there if we needed anything and Mladan took us shopping, on a full day trip to Montenegro, and ferried us to and from the airport. I thoroughly recommend it
“Lovely apartment, great host, location not great - hire a car!”
We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 children, 1 grandparent) in May 2018. The apartment is great - light, spacious, comfortable, pretty well-equipped, great air conditioning and the pool are is lovely and a real sun-trap. Ivana was an amazing host - super-friendly and helpful, really responsive to any queries, and she absolutely went above and beyond, taking us to the supermarket on the day we arrived and even taking my poorly son and me to the emergency doctor early on a Sunday morning, and sourcing medication for us. There is a small but really well-stocked shop around 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment (fresh bread, fruit plus standard provisions) but please be aware that the apartment is located at the top of a VERY steep hill. Our fit and active 70-something found the hill a real challenge, especially in the heat of the day and it was a chore for all of us. There is no way to walk back from either the (very beautiful) beach or the town itself without tackling this hill. (The beach is around a 15 minute walk and the town is a 25 minute walk from the apartment.) Cavtat itself is a perfect family resort - lots of family-friendly, good quality restaurants with a lovely beach and harbour side. I would definitely recommend this apartment but would suggest hiring a car if you stay here. There are taxis and Uber but a car would certainly make your stay much easier!
“Beautiful apartment run by lovely Ivana”
This beautiful apartment in the scenic village of Cavtat was everything we could have wished for. Two good size bedrooms, three bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living room and balcony. Our lovely host, Ivana, met us when we arrived, changed towels for us, arranged taxis etc etc as well as bringing around homemade chocolate and jam crepes for us, freshly baked!! I had her number so I could text her whenever with any queries which were answered extremely promptly. We enjoyed a trip to Dubronik via the water taxis as well as visiting some of the islands. You must look up Michael, local tour operator, who gave us a most informative trip around the vineyards and an in depth history of Croatia....... All the restaurants were lovely, again many family run, and the service was great. The sea is warm and really clear although the beaches are not sandy. Thank you Ivana for everything and enjoy the rest of your summer in beautiful Cavtat.

“Superb accommodation and extremely helpful owner”
Myself, my husband and two sons have just returned from a wonderful 9 days in Cavtat, Croatia. The apartment we stayed in was superb; we wanted for nothing and the owner had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The 'welcome' basket of goodies, including a super bottle of wine, fruit, local olive oil and bread, was really appreciated. Moreover the owner surprised us at breakfast one morning with some gorgeous pastries fresh out of the oven, which she had baked for us. Ivana, the owner, was incredibly helpful and organised a morning's sea kayaking for us (fantastic fun) and an excursion to Korcula. Prior to our holiday she sent an extremely informative document on things to do and see in Cavtat which proved a real help. The apartment's shared pool was excellent and never became too crowded. We visited the local shop and bar for groceries each day (and a refreshing beer or too!) and walked to the beach most days and then every evening to try one of the many restaurants for dinner.
