SPACIOUS PARK HOME AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND IN PARKDEAN RESORT. THE HOME IS DIRECTLY OPPOSITE THE ENTERTAINMENT THE PARKHOME IS 11 KESTREL WHICH IS OPPOSITE THE BOATHOUSE RESTERAUNT AND SWIMMING POOL AND CHILDRENS PLAY AREA.CENTRE ..THERE ARE

AMPLE PARKING BAYS AND 24 HOUR SECURITY..

IT IS A 10 MINUETE WALK TO THE BEAUTIFUL CAYTON BAY BEACH POPULAR WITH NATURE LOVERS AND FOSSIL HUNTERS PLUS A FAVOURITE FOR SURFERS.

THE HOME IS EQUIPPED WITH ALL BED LINEN ( DUVETS & PILLOWS ) ALSO ALL BED LINEN IS PROVIDED SO ON ARRIVAL YOUR BEDS ARE MADE UP !

A LARGE FRIDGE/FREEZER, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, GAS STOVE, KETTLE + CROCKERY AND COOKING UTENSILS ETC.,. EVERY ROOM HAS A ELECTRIC WALL HEATER AND THERE IS ALSO A PORTABLE ELECTRIC/ OIL RADIATOR. IN THE LOUNGE IS A FEATURE FIREPLACE WIITH ELECTRIC HEATER.

DINING ROOM, SPACIOUS LOUNGE WITH WITH FREEVIEW FLAT 32" INCH SCREEN TELEVISION..ALSO PROVIDED IS A CLOTHES DRYER STAND, A VACCUM CLEANER ETC. OUTSIDE THERE IS A SEATING WOODEN BENCH FOR PICNICS ETC.

THERE ARE ELECTRIC WALL HEATERS IN EVERY ROOM AND A FEATURE FIREPLACE.

“Lovely stay”

We had a lovely stay, the caravan had everything we needed as it was just somewhere to sleep really as we were out most of the week. It was very clean but a little dated but for the price we paid I thought very reasonable.... David the owner was lovely and I will definitely be booking again.

The owner David very friendly and helpful. Location of the caravan on the park is great for kids. Food in boat house restaurant was really nice. Overall really good value for money and we had a great week. Thanks David.

“Perfect stay for the family”

We had a lovely stay. Cayton Bay has many facilities for young & old alike. The caravan was clean,comfortable and had everything that we needed. I would recommend a stay here to anyone. David, the owner, was really helpful keeping us informed of what we needed to know to make our stay as comfortable as possible....thank you. All in all a fantastic holiday was had by all and we would love to stay again in the future...maybe for a little longer next time as it went too quickly !!

“Caravan holiday”

The caravan was old, worn out and broken. Two windows didn't shut properly, making unsafe and very draughty and cold. It was dirty and very dusty. Obviously not been cleaned for our arrival. Only one of the doors could be used as there was only one key. This caravan should not be rented out it is of a very poor standard

Owner's reply: the client stayed 3 nights from friday 12 th april 2019 and requested could we oblige her booking in earlier (1pm ) instead of 3pm and we obliged. the caravan is not new but is kept in excellent condition and much larger than most new vans, thus we keep our prices low for the time of year ( £40 a night for 2 adullts and 3 children= £8 a night !!!) the weather in the uk at this time of year is cold and we dont have any say in that !!! there are 2 doors to the van which are both used by clients, the lounge door locks from the inside, we have an on site cleaner who prepares the van for guests,the 3 days before her arrival the van was empty so it was not a case of someone in the van before she arrived.. the windows do shut properly, however it is not double glazed, being on the coast can be windy, comments "old ,worn out and broken comments ??? (i am 74 years old but im not old, worn out and broken !!!??) photos and description state it is a year 2000 cosalt. 95% of my clients enjoy their stay and many re-book, however you cannot please everybody and the comments are a little unfair to say the least !!!

Cayton bay is a lovely place and would definitely be returning. The caravan was really nice but i had to clean when I arrived as it hadn't been clean but once I had done that it was a perfect holiday

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
