Description
Now awarded a CERTIFICATE of EXCELLENCE for 2019 to add to the 2018 Award, Casa Legada is perfectly located with just a five minute walk to bars, restaurants and supermarket. The Blue Flag sandy beach of Las Cucharas is about a twelve minute stroll where there is an abundance of more bars, restaurants and shops in the Commercial Centro. The ever popular and buzzing Costa Teguise Pueblo Marinero is some sixteen minutes walk (along well lit paths) which includes an artisan market each Friday evening.
Casa Legada has free internet and WIFI and a free safe for your valuables. Casa Legada has a solar powered dry air heating system. Casa Legada also has a state of the art security alarm system.
Casa Legada is largely on one level with just four steps leading to the entrance door from the private parking space for one car.
Casa Legada is attractively decorated having sun, sea and sand as its theme. It is comfortably and tastefully furnished with all the essentials needed for that well earnt holiday on the beautiful island of Lanzarote.
The fully fitted kitchen comprises full size electric oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, microwave and fridge/freezer. A filtered system for drinking water negates the need to lug those heavy bottles into the villa. Clothes washing facilities and external drying area are in the solano next to the kitchen. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a full en-suite. There are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin each with fitted wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. There is a second family bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk in rain shower wc and pedestal basin with illuminated mirror over.
The dining area has a full size dining table offering seating for six people. A single step down leads to the lounge area.
The spacious lounge (with its black curved glass screen wall mounted multi-coloured flame effect fireplace with colour LED back lights) has full English television with radio channels. The system also offers full catch up and film channels along with all sports. There is also a selection of books for anyone wanting to have a quiet read. Patio doors lead out to the covered pergola.
Under the pergola is table and chairs ideal for that al fresco dining or to simply enjoy a glass or two of your favourite tipple.
Onward to the newly tiled terrace which boasts a super 6m x 4m private heated pool with steps to ease ingress and egress. The pool depth ranges from 90cms to 150cms. Around the terrace are ample beds on which to laze around in the sun drenched Lanzarote days. The terrace also has a bbq.for that al fresco cooking. Tastefully planted flower tubs are situated around the pool giving a garden effect.
Beach towels and hair dryer are provided thus saving on your valuable luggage allowance leaving more space for your Lanzarote souvenirs.
Casa Legada is in a cul-de-sac comprising only seven villas. Casa Legada is in the quiet area of Costa Teguise locally known as El Majo. All amenities essential for your ideal holiday are in easy walking distance including, to the centre of Costa Teguise. The sandy Las Cucharas beach is close by and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, a supermarket and shops in the immediate locale making a car superfluous. An Aquarium is just a five minute stroll away from Casa Legada and, the Aquapark and the 18 hole Costa Teguise Golf Course is just a few minute taxi drive.

“Best accommodation we have ever experienced.”
We returned home from Casa Legada on 29th February after a four week holiday. The description of the villa and its facilities are 100% true, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Karen and Des,the owners make a difference to your holiday here. They are friendly,professional,and have lots of local knowledge. We have had many winter holidays in the Canaries, and can honestly say that this is the best accommodation we have ever experienced. Costa Teguise is an excellent resort with many cafes,bars,and restaurants to choose from. Walking here is a pleasure,and the locals are friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to Casa Legada next year.
