PRIVATE LET *SITED on 'HAVENS' BLUE DOLPHIN HOLIDAY PARK at FILEY Nr SCARBOROUGH - BEAUTIFUL DELUXE PLUS 3 BED-ROOMED CARAVAN WITH DOUBLE GLAZING AND GAS CENTRAL HEATING** AND ONLY 3 MINS WALK TO THE MAIN COMPLEX, 32" SMART TV, PLAY STATION 3 & GOOD SELECTION OF GAMES, ALSO PLAYS DVDs, EARLY 12 NOON or 4 PM ENTRY, VERY COMFORTABLE HOME FROM HOME, BRAND NEW STATIC VAN, TOOK POSSESSION 1st MARCH 2019, ALSO HAS A NICE VERANDA TO SIT OUT ON. NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN or THE DECKING PLEASE, ONE SMALL DOG ALLOWED.

The caravan which is a Deluxe plus three bed-roomed 'Willerby Seasons' 37' x 12', which is on a level site at Havens 'Blue Dolphin' near Filey, Scarborough. Sited on 'The Willows' which is only 3 mins stroll to the main entertainment complex, it has an open outlook with the main childrens activity play park 2 min's walk.

This is a lovely modern themed and clean van which has full gas central heating with double glazing and is 37' long and 12' wide so very spacious, and is great value for money, I reduce prices where I need to so my rates are flexable. I live less than 10 mins away from the site, so give a very personal service to my visitors and are greeted at the caravan at an agreed time mostly before 12 noon, or keys collected from key safe with code given for access.

My level of cleanliness and service is very high, the accommodation comprises of a smart modern lounge with lots of comfortable seating , comfy dining area, modern kitchen with plenty of crockery, utensils etc, built in microwave, slow cooker, separate fridge freezer plenty of cupboard space, large walk in shower with pedestal basin and toilet, separate toilet, two lovely modern twin bedrooms, and modern double bedroom all with nice thick comfy mattresses well protected for hygene, and loads of drawer and hanging space, double pull out sofa bed in the lounge, so sleeps up to eight people comfortably, also there is room for a travel cot in the lounge.

Getting around

There is a bus that comes right by the entrance of the site which goes to Scarborough and Bridlington and beyond. The train stations are at Scarborough, Bridlington and Filey, so if no car there is plenty of transport to choose from.

Interaction with guest

As we only live 10 minutes from the Blue Dolphin site and are always happy to attend if there is a problem like a bulb needing replacing or the fuses have gone off. If you are new to the area we can also make suggestions of where to go of interest in North Yorkshire.

Lovely caravan, everything you need to feel at home. On a lovely part of the caravan park, not to far to reach all amenities. Would definitely use again in the future.
