Description

Located in the heart of Norfolk, this newly refurbished chalet sits happily on the edge of the coastline! Chalet No.44 is in a prime location with pubs, shops, restaurants, and entertainment for your kids on its doorstep, as well as bus routes to town, and a wonderful countryside to explore! With just a quick walk to Hemsby's sandy beaches and stunning seashore, Chalet No.44 will not only provide a cosy safe-haven for you and your family it will also ensure you have a stress-free trip, with essentials provided, clean decor, and a friendly face to greet you on site and show you the ropes!

We are proud to present stylish, comfortable bedrooms, sleeping 4 (both a twin bedroom and double) a toilet with both bath and shower, lounge with T.V, kitchen fully equipped with the basics- oven, kettle, crockery, fridge etc... plus a few luxury extras including a slow cooker, filter coffee machine and toaster so you can really settle into your holiday with ease! We have both underfloor heating and radiators for the cooler nights. We will also provide a welcome booklet with details of services you may need locally, as well as our contact details... we will be just a shout away, should you need us!

Not so fun essential info

As much as we love doggies, we will only be able to allow one small dog at an extra charge of £20 to be paid in cash on arrival.

As this is a family-friendly location we can only accept bookings that have at least one adult over 21, sorry for any inconvenience.

And strictly no smoking inside!

Please bring your own cot bedding for babies and toddlers (we have a travel cot available on request)

The electric runs on a coin meter, we will provide the first £5 to get you started, please make sure to have £1 coins to top it up with!

We had a wonderful week stay at chalet no.44, on arrival we received a welcome pack full of goodies, the bread and jam was tasty and the cake was lush! Lovely touch when you arrived. The chalet was lovely with all the home comforts. A freezer of some sort would of been nice as the weather was lovely.There’s lots of places to visit close by and it’s a 10 minute drive to Great Yarmouth, chalet was great to come back here after a day out.  Hemsby has some great memories so will be back at some point. The Chalet was very stylish and comfortable. Everything was cleaned, managed and very well organised. We never ever felt that we were away from our home. Everything in the kitchen was provided. The welcome pack was a big surprise and the food was amazing. The beds were so comfortable. We would definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

Great chalet, clean,tidy and just home from home. Excellent welcome pack of goodies which we thoroughly enjoyed. The holiday camp is lovely and quiet, just about 20 minutes stroll to the beach and amusements. There are a couple of amusement arcades and eating places right outside the camp too. Overall we couldn’t fault this chalet, facilities and location absolutely 1st class, and a great holiday location for your dogs, ours loved it. We would recommend to anyone !!!!!!

Stayed here with my daughters who are 18 and we walked into a beautifully furnished,clean and cosy chalet. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. It was very warm in all areas of the chalet. The decor was tastefully done and we loved the beach house theme especially the lobster duvet covers! Have told friends and family about chalet 44 and would 100% stay again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Abigail (the owner) a message.

If Abigail (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
