Great stay in little haven great location and julie was brilliant she provided great communication from start to finish. The pubs are hreat to eat in and the house is ideal for 2 families with children overall we had a great holiday.

Excellent place. The house is very well located, clean; comfortable; has many facilities and it is very family-friendly. The owner is great, she gave us fab tips and suggestions for the trip. We had a fantastic time.

Lelant is an upmarket settlement with amenities in easy reach of St Ives by car, bus and train. There is a local beach but also beaches all the way to St Ives. A wonderful holiday destination. Do not be put off by the main road as all the focus of the house, with spacious patio and garden is to the rear of the property overlooking the estuary. A place to return to for sure!

I found out about Little Haven from a friend and was told how lovely it was. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful key holder and began our exploration of the accomodation. Every room was lovely, the contrast between the older and newer areas is quite charming. The large kitchen had every possible convenience and utensil. Every room is well appointed, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The outside patio and decking areas offer extended living areas with views over the well kept garden and estuary views beyond. Ample parking is available for several cars within the gated garden. Several local pubs offer good dining and many local ales. A few minutes walk leads to the local railway station from where the picturesque ride into St Ives takes around ten minutes. All in all a superb holiday home and definately one to recommend and, hopefully, revisit.

Just returned from our weeks holiday at little haven. This house is in a superb location, and was ideal for our 2 families of 4 to stay in. The owner was easy to deal with, and friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Can't wait to return here in the not to distant future.

Little Haven is a fabulous home from home in the lovely village of Lelant. Spacious, very comfortable and really well equipped, its a cut above your average self catering holiday home. The outside space is particularly lovely when the sun shines - the deck area is a real sun trap and there's a large garden with lovely estuary views. The location is perfect - in Lelant itself you've got a pub and restaurants within easy walking distance and of course the fabulous beach. To avoid having to park in St Ives you can hop on the train and there are no end of beaches and attractions to visit plus superb walks on the Coastal Path. The St Ives to Zennor stretch (about 3-4 hours) is highly recommended.

Little Haven is the perfect holiday location. It is in a beautiful setting with views of the estuary. It is spacious and has everything that you need for a great holiday. It is plenty big enough for socialising or for escaping for some time on your own. I would love to visit there again despite the long journey! It is definitely worth it.

The property was perfect for our stay. The lounge with Bi-fold doors was lovely to meet in the morning whilst eating breakfast and looking out across the estuary. The living room was great to unwind after a hard days surfing (or beach lazing) and the spacious dining table meant all 9 of us could eat comfortably together. The gas BBQ was excellent, and we certainly made the most of it when the sun was out. The garden was lovely, well maintained and full of charm. The outdoor shower came in handy too particularly when scrubbing off the last of the sand from Carbis bay, Gwithian and Porthminster Beaches before entering the house. All the bedrooms were furbished to a high standard throughout and the use of the washer room meant we could clean our clothes mid week. Our holiday in general was brilliant; we had so much fun together as a group and staying in such a beautiful place helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. Having stayed in many places in Cornwall and South Wales I would rate Little Haven the best, we will definitely be back!!!!
