Description
Very spacious bright and airy 1 bed apartment in a newly renovated period building in the heart of Soho, 2 minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus, 10 minutes walk to Oxford Street and 5 minutes walk from Leicester Squ.
Please read the full description!
The Space:
This charming large and spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of ever popular Soho is only a 1 minute walk from Piccadilly and 2 minutes from Leicester Square. The flat can comfortably fit 6 people with two sofa beds in the living area offering the additional sleeping space.
NOTE: The listing overlooks the busy, pedestrianised Rupert Street so please note that there can be some background noise from the street until midnight when the bars close. Don't worry, it's not too disruptive, but please read the reviews for honest accounts from our previous guests. Also, please read the neighbourhood section below.
Guest Access:
Guests have use of a fully functioning kitchen with all the utensils and equipment required for cooking, eating, drinking, etc for up to 6 people.
Interaction with Guests:
I am always on-hand for any assistance you may require, however, I will leave you to enjoy your stay while in the flat and you won't be hearing from me unless upon your request.
The Neighborhood:
Soho is notorious for it's night life, with bars, clubs, casinos and restaurants all within a stone's throw. It has a particularly strong LGBT scene which adds to its unmistakably energetic buzz. It really is like no other place in this huge city.
With the above in mind, please consider when booking this apartment for a family vacation.
There is absolutely no question about safety. Soho is well populated at all hours, and I feel safer here late at night than most other places in London, however, adult entertainment venues and activities are liberally displayed on the streets at night, so bear this in mind if travelling with young children.
Soho aside, the apartment is surrounded by The West End's many theatres, boutiques and Michelin starred restaurants. Coffee shops and cafes are round every corner and Leicester Square is a few minutes walk away, where theatres, restaurants and bars stay open late throughout the week, not to mention the world famous and iconic Piccadilly Circus being a stone's throw away from the front door.
Trafalgar Square is also close, about a 7 minute walk away, where you can find the world famous National Gallery as well as other notable museums and tourist attractions.
You really can't get more central when staying in London!
Getting Around:
Getting around couldn't be simpler. Piccadilly Circus Underground Station is a minute's walk from the flat. You also have dozens of bus routes, all within 2 minutes of the flat, taking you to all parts of London.
Other Things to Note:
This is a charming and beautifully spacious apartment, but please understand that being in the heart of Soho, there will be background noise that you would expect from staying in the city centre surrounded by popular bars and restaurants.
House Rules:
Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, and our flat by not smoking. Unfortunately, pets are also not allowed. Most importantly though, make sure you feel at home!
