Kinrowan Park is a small family run, quiet site.
It's our aim to make your stay as an enjoyable as possible.
We want you to have a holiday to remember.
Our Luxury Lodge is our premier self catering Accommodation.
Its bright and Modern and has its own parking and outside areas.
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Sleeps 4
A spacious environment from which to start your holiday. A large modern lounge which offers corner seating to view the 38" HD Freeview television. A BluRay Player. Remote control fire. Games,books and cards for those quiet moments to relax.
The dining area has a extending table with modern clean furniture.
The Kitchen has all mod cons, which includes full larder fridge freezer, washing machine,dishwasher, microwave, electric oven
with Gas hob and extractor hood.
There is a washing line provided at the rear of the lodge for wet washing beach towels etc.
There's a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.
A Twin bedroom again with a built in wardrobe and a family bathroom with bath/shower.
Patio doors fold completely open onto your own decking area looking onto the park.
An outside table and chairs is also provided for warm evenings or afternoon lunch and a BBQ is available.
All bed linen and towels are provided,
Free Wifi for Kinrowan park guests,
Cakes can be made for your stay or to take home.
Our Lodge has full central heating and double glazing.

“Home from home!”
We absolutely loved our weekend in Sandra’s lodge! Everything you need to make your stay comfortable (the beds are soooo good) and the grounds are so peaceful. Sandra left a great traditional Cornish cream tea for our arrival which was delicious. We also took home a box of her amazing homemade cupcakes! Excellent base for us to explore Looe and the Eden Project and the 11am check out Sunday was appreciated. We will definitely return in the warmer months so we can explore a little more. Thank you Sandra for your hospitality x

My husband,little girl and I had a really relaxing stay here. The lodge had everything we needed and more, it was beautiful, I would of happily lived there. Glenys and Sandra were really helpful and friendly. We had homemade scones on arrival which was fantastic. It was really quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back and have recommended to friends and family.

“Our home away from home...”
My family and I stayed in the lodge for three nights. What a wonderful place! Cosy and homely, beautifully designed and very clean. Sandra, our host, was lovely and made us feel welcome even before we had arrived. She very kindly arranged a cot for my baby and greeted us with delicious cupcakes and milk for tea after a long journey! The setting is perfect. We enjoyed a peaceful stay at the lodge which had everything you could ask for. A much needed and relaxing break. Definitely somewhere we would stay again next time we visit Cornwall.
