Description
On entering the apartment you will immediately appreciate the large open plan living space in this 110 sq m apartment.
The living area is impressive with its plasma TV, iPod docking station, large upholstered sofa, leather chaise longue, armchairs and georgian inspired panelled window frames which let in an abundance of natural light.
The dining area boasts a vintage chandelier simply hung over the dining table which comfortably seats 6.
An abundance of work space along with all the modern kitchen appliances you would expect can be found in the kitchen area.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed (180x200) and is next to the main shower room which has a walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a standard size double bed (140x200) and an en-suite bathroom complete with a bath and shower attachment.
The apartment also benefits from reversible air conditioning and has ceiling fans in the main living area and the master bedroom. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and there is not a lift in the building it is not suitable for people with restricted mobility or young children.

“Amazing apartment !”
We booked Loft Belle Epoque for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and couldn't have made a better choice, the apartment was absolutely stunning and perfect for us. The huge open plan living and dining area was just incredible and bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Great having the terrace to have breakfast and 1st drink of the evening! Great location for strolling into town. Loved it and can't wait to return! Must mention how helpful Dermot was too!!
“FIRST CLASS APARTMENT”
We had a fantastic ten day stay at this apartment after seeing the photos on line. Jane (our fantastic host) met us on arrival and on opening the main door the Wow factor of the Living Room/Kitchen was definately there, the apartment was even better than the photos had shown. Everything you could need was included and the terrace was great for breakfast and a glass of wine as the sun went down. The location was excellent, close to the beach and within walking distance to the railway station. The supermarkets and specialist food stores were handy. We loved a walk into the Old Town for meals and a walk along the prom on the way back. We will return to Nice one day and Apartment Belle Epoque would be our first choice. We would recommend this apartment to our friends most certainly.
“Very special place”
My daughter and I rented Loft Belle Epoque for a week this May. It is lovely, well furnished and in a very convenient location. We were met by an agent who showed us around the apt and explained everything. We loved that we were 2 minutes from The Negresco Hotel and could pop in late evenings for some jazz and a glass of wine. The building is an exquisitely restored Russian palace and close to several bus lines. We felt very safe and secure. We would absolutely use this apartment again.
“Great apartment”
We were very positive suprised, it was even better than the pictures. The apartment is gorgeous and very close to everything. The balcony is great for a nice dinner. Jane who took care of the apartment was really hospital and very helpful if you needed anything. I would really recommend this to anyone who is up for a great holiday!
