Lovely villa, had everything we needed. Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Olu Deniz and Fethiye are a short, cheap trip on a Dolmus (bus). If in Fethiye, definately get the water taxi to Calis Beach. Villa is very large with a games room downstairs. The pool was cleaned every day and was the jewel in the crown of our holiday, it was very private and large enough for a decent swim. we spent many days in the villa as we had all we needed there. Every meal out was delicious, weather was wonderful and the Turkish people were friendly. Can't wait to come back!

Superb villa, very clean and spacious. Amazing pool and outdoor area which was maintained to a very high standard. 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and 5 minute walk to the nearest shop. A few niggles with air conditioning, WiFi and electric but these were sorted within hours! Would definitely recommend to a large family or group of friends. Some amazing memories made yet again in beautiful Turkey!!!

Just returned from 2 weeks at villa Madhil , family of 8 with plenty of room , fantastic holiday , lovely area , 10 mins to shops or have it delivered , short cab ride to hisaronu for night life restaurant’s etc ! Karen was fantastic from booking a year ago to the end of our holiday , she even sorted a few trips out for us ! We recommend turtle beach boat trip & mud bath , which you can book through Karen . Billy beach bbq Wednesday & Saturday eve was a great night out . Barracuda & reef bar lovely restaurants . Pin hill chill pool was a good day out to ! Could go on for ever !! We visited Villa Madhil for just over two weeks. Karen the agent was seamless from start to finish, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a few little niggles which were always sorted out the same day for us! The pool and villa are beautiful! The area is perfect location. Hoping to book already for next year! Thank you.

villa is in a great location, you can push the button at the end of the road and get a taxi in minutes, or its 10 mins walk from town, great villa to relax at the pool or if feeling bored you can always spend a few hours downstairs in the games room ,,keeps the kids amused

Just returned from a week at the Villa Madhil; WOW! A wonderful house with fantastic panoramic mountain views. The pool was plenty big enough to fit nine of us in and the games room equipment was excellent and well used. The three pet tortoises in the garden were an added bonus. The pictures do not do this villa justice, with the provision of a large terrace overlooking the pool area and four separate balconies there is plenty of private and communal space. With only a few minutes walk to the local shop 'Saintsburys', a few bars (with wifi) and a bus stop to take you to the bustling towns of Fethiye, Olu-Deniz and Hisaronu the location of this Villa is perfect. Although a short bus journey away Hisaronu is also a ten minute walk from the villa and is great for a meal out as well as a night out, thoroughly recommend the nightclub Revolution. Although when we stayed we were a mixed group of teenagers Villa Madhil is also very accommodating for any large families with children as evident by the kiddies pool, games room and attic bedrooms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

Villa Madhil is a great villa in a wonderful region of Turkey. The property itself is a large, luxurious dwelling that offers numerous large bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, games room, bbq area and patio overlooking a generously sized pool. Placed just outside Hisaronu and not far from Olu Deniz, the villa is perfectly positioned to allow occupants to enjoy both the nightlife of Hisaronu and the numerous restaurants and activities available in Olu Deniz. Our time at Villa Madhil was all and more than we expected it to be. Karen, representative for the property made it really easy to book and provided help and guidance throughout to ensure our stay in Turkey was smooth and hassle free. "Guide Tours" which is Poppy Properties sister company also proved to be a first class excursion/transfer provider. Karen helped us book our trips before we arrived in Turkey, spreading them nicely throughout the 10 days ensuring we had a fun filled holiday. Each of the trips came at a great price and transfers were provided to and from the villa making our time in Turkey the most hassle free it possibly could be. We would personally recommend "Guide Tours" jeep safari, quad bike safari, daytime boat trip and sunset cruise as all were thoroughly enjoyable experiences. We also booked a few hours on a speed boat with another excursion provider down in Olu Deniz when we arrived in Turkey, however despite the trip being enjoyable in the end the provider messed us about a lot before hand, so we really would encourage to book with "Guide Tours" rather than the other companies offering similar deals in both Hisaronu and Olu Deniz. Overall we all had a really great holiday, villa Madhil and the services provided by Karen and her team are really hard to fault. We therefore highly recommend Poppy Holiday Rentals, if your looking to experience the best Olu Deniz/Hisaronu has to offer be sure to stay at Villa Madhil.

Beautiful Villa, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Well located about 5 -10 minutes walk from the local supermarket and the dolmus to the beach and nearby towns. The large terrace overlooks the swimming pool; here we ate all our meals and relaxed in the evening with a glass of wine. We understand a new gate is being installed between the terrace and the pool safety to upgrade safety. Some local beaches are shallow and child-friendly, others have a sharp drop not far from the shore. We had two fun days at the aqua park only 10 minutes walk from the Villa. Booking - Karen is friendly, helpful and replies promptly. The automated replies from the web site could be improved to more closely reflect the arrangements made.

Stayed at villa for 2 weeks and really enjoyed every moment. Spent most of the time round the pool and the evenings down the town in hisarono.

The villa is absolutely everything you could want it to be. It was very spacious, stunning and had everything you could possibly want for a relaxing holiday. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are literally a 5-10 min walk away and a further 20 mins walk along the main road will take you to the lively town of Hisonaro, although we used to take a short cut through the back roads which saved us at least 10 mins. Transfers from the airport and back again were perfect even when we had a delay arriving. These were arranged through Karen so we had nothing to worry about. She also advised us on which beaches to visit which was great. For some of us this was a first trip to Turkey and we would definately return in the future.
