Description
Within a minutes walk to the local shops and restaurants, 3 minute walk to the seafront and a short 5 minute drive in to Playa Blanca town centre, this villa is not just a holiday rental, it is a home.
As you walk in to the entrance hall your eyes are drawn to the uninterrupted views of the south facing pool and gardens through the frameless glass curtains. There are marble floors throughout and vaulted ceilings in the lounge and master bedroom. A fully fitted modern kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would expect in a home. The flat screen TV has all the UK channels including all sports and film channels. There is also Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
Outside there is an outdoor lounge area overlooking the pool, perfect for drinks at sundown or reading a book and a snooze. There is a choice of two outside dining areas, one poolside, or the other, a nice cosy corner just off the kitchen which includes a brick built BBQ. Four sun loungers are provided for sun bathing.
The master bedroom has double doors opening on to the pool area, ample wardrobe space and an en suite with a huge walk in rain shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and its own shower room directly opposite with rain shower. Both rooms have lockable shutters with mosquito nets for those hot balmy nights with the windows open.
There is a washing machine in the utility area and a rotary washing line in one corner of the garden.
Locally there is a bakery, British café, sports bar, cocktail bar, al acarte, Spanish, Italian and Indian restaurant, also a couple of tapas bars and supermarkets. A cash machine is by the bus stop, all just a minute walk from the villa. Please note there is an age restriction of minimum 12 years old due to safety reasons.....the minimum age of primary renter is 25.

“Villa Michele”
Great Villa clean and well looked after. Good outdoor area for seating ,eating and a heated pool.shops and restaurants near by for everything you need . Will go back again.

Absolutely fantastic villa - everything (and more!) that we could have hoped for. Spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, pool FABULOUS, beds super comfy. There is nothing that could improve this villa - such thought and attention to detail from the owners. Location of villa perfect - quiet, peaceful complex with gorgeous restaurants and 2 mini-markets a minute's walk away. Had intended to visit Playa Blanca each evening but Faro Park restaurants too lovely! This holiday was 5 stars on every level - thank you Michele & Denis xx
