Great location, literally a five minute walk until your in the town of Pernera but just far away enough so its nice and quiet, and a half hour walk from Protaras town if you fancy a change. There was a great variety of restaurants in Pernera so always had a choice of where to go each night. Pool was the perfect size for couples or families. The best supermarket was the first turn off of the strip of Pernera, cheap prices and good selection of food. The villa was very clean and had everything you needed and more, it was definately a bonus having a dishwasher. There was a vast selection of DVD's if you wanted to stay in one night. I would definately recommend the welcome pack as it had all the basics you'd need which was very helpful on our first day after travelling. Excellent value for money. All in all, great location, great pool, great vill, so would definately consider returning in the future.

the villa was in an ideal spot for us as we like it not to noisy easy to walk to the shops and bars and the beach. the villa was clean and well equipped and to have a pool was an extra for us we had a very comfortable stay. thank you so much.

This was our second time at 33 Orestiada valley. Every bit as good as the first time around. So good ; we are already thinking of booking for next year. Set in a quiet location but just a five minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Pernera. Booking on line was very easy . The swimming pool is a good size and was very clean, The villa very spacious with everything you could possibly need. On arrival you have a welcome pack, something to eat and drink ,so if you have a late flight don,t worry .

Second visit to this villa,both times the owner has been prompt with all information and very helpful.The welcome pack is very good and most appreciated.The villa is very well equipped.I can not think of anything that you could have wanted that was not there.It is very comfortable and you feel at home straight away. It's location is ideal, between Pernera and in walking distance to Protaras.(if you don't mind a bit of a walk)There is a bus stop nearby which you takes you into Protaras or Ayia Napa or in the opposite direction to a large well stocked supermarket.There are numerous restaurants and bars close by so you have a lot of choice.Overall a great experience.would recommend to friends, and hope to return next year.

We stayed at the Villa for 21 nights in Jun/Jul 2012 and had a great time. Such a lovely place! First of all the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Hazel the property manager was very friendly too, and she was very glad to help us. The villa was fully equipped very spacious, nice and comfortable. I can even say it was like at home. One of the many advantages of the villa is a quiet place, no noise from cars or restaurants or discos. It was veryimportant after noisy city life.We visited some fabulous beaches, like Fig Tree Bay, Konnos Bay. Our three weeks passed very quickly and we hope to return here next year. This is a great Villa, Very Well Situated with Everything on your Doorstep, Beach, Restaurants, Shops and Bars, Everything within Easy Walking Distance. This isnt the first time we have stayed here, It is now our 5th time here and Also returning in October this year. The Villa is always Clean and Tidy with all facilities to enjoy the Holiday.

This was our first Villa holiday, so we were a little nervous in booking it all independently, but Mike the owner made it very easy. He dosent mind how many times you contact him to arrange and confirm all the details and he will help in any way he can. The property manager in cyprus is an English lady and is only a phone call away if you need anything when you are there.The property is fantastic and my 6 yr old and 12 yr old loved the pool. It was just the right size. Mikes villa manual gave instructions on everything including how to get places and where was good to eat & shop. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could cook as much or as little as you needed to and the washing machine meant I didn't have to come back with cases of dirty clothes. The living room area was large and very comfortable with 2 sofas and great DVD collection. The bedrooms had plenty of of storage space and the air-conditioning was very effective. You can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants if you don't want to hire a car. Overall , A brilliant Villa which will certainly return to.

The pool area had a nice mix of sunny and shaded areas throughout the day. So if the sun became to much you could just move to a shaded area .The cul de sac location means there are not many people passing by. The villa is very well equipped ,washing machine a real bonus. There was almost always a gentle breeze blowing which helped cool the villa and reduced the need for the air con.The walk to Pernera takes about 7-10 minutes .
