Description
A place to escape the hectic daily life, elevate your Six Senses in Sardinia and dedicate quality time to yourself, your partner, your family or the group of friends you decide to spend your break with. That was the idea behind buying 8 acres of Sardinian savage soil, 1 kilometer off the main road between Olbia & Arzachena, on top of a mountain with a view of spectaculair rocks, on a bright day even up to Corsica! A retreat between the rocks, a great location to relax & regenerate or to undertake excursions for more culture or adventures in nature. Adjacent to the famous Costa Smeralda, within ½ hour reach of the best beautiful beaches and towns like Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Cannigione & Baia Sardinia and only 20 minutes from Olbia with it's (air)port.
The newly built house in Sardinian 'Stazzu style' is reminiscent of both a loft and a lodge with a huge luminous living and 2 ample bedrooms. We recommend occupancy up to 5 adults, but have an enormous request for couple retreats due to the original luxurious Master Bedroom Suite and privacy. Three terraces surround the property.
The styling is a mixture of island simplicity, light and bright, with colours reflecting sand & sea, modern with lots of vintage touches found on antique markets & eco details like driftwood. Back to the basics in a luxury lodge,
An ideal spot for people loving nature and privacy, usable for small groups or families but also cozy enough for a couple or alone if a desire to meditate or withdraw to write…Sogno Sperduto is your home away from home!

Don’t be surprised if you encounter a hare, a hedgehog or a giant turtle. Traces show that also wild boars may be around, but they usually don’t show. Please leave the animals alone in their natural environment.

“Pure bliss and tranquility!”
A home away from home. We have stayed in this fantastic house during the end of the summer and it was an amazing experience. The owner, a Dutch lady but living in Italy for quite some years now, has an eye for detail and a special gift for creating atmosphere. She made this house, which is located on top of a hill an absolute haven of tranquillity. You can feel her love for materials and interior decorating throughout the entire house and premises. In this complete private house you have all amenities that you need because it is newly build. The large bedrooms and bathrooms are superb and the kitchen so well equipped, there is not a thing you will miss when you are preparing a meal. Three terraces to choose from and off course a breath-taking view. A perfect hide away to reload the battery! The owner has lived in a nearby village herself so she will tell you all about the hidden beaches and fantastic restaurants in the neighbourhood. That will make you feel like a true Italian and not a tourist. In just 10 minutes you are in town and in 20 minutes you can dip your feet in the breathtaking blue ocean! The communication with the owner was super easy! We higly recommend Sogno Sperduto Sardinia!

“A wonderful place to stay with friends in a place that felt like home away from home !”
I had an unforgettable stay in Sogno Sperduto with my best friends. A house so comfortable and at the same time cozy and luxurious, great beds, fantastic terrace to sit outside for drinks & dinner in the middle of nature. At the same time you are close to the beach and all great places to visit in the nearby area. We had such a fantastic time and love to return soon. I fully recommend this place to go to if you want to relax, have quality time together and enjoy the beauty of the island of Sardinia.

“Geweldige plek”
Een plek om zeker naar terug te komen. Een geweldig huis op een perfecte locatie, met een adembenemend uitzicht. In de zomer van 2017 hebben we hier een week vertoeft met onze twee zonen. De locatie is een mooie uitvalsbasis om de noordkant van Sardinië te bezoeken. Op steenworp afstand van het strand aan de Costa Smeralda. Wil je meer van Sardinië zien breng dan een bezoek aan de weekmarkt in San Pantaleo of breng een bezoek aan de nederzettingen uit de bronstijd in de buurt van Arzachena. Na een vermoeiende dag zochten onze zonen 's avonds altijd een heerlijke chillplek uit op het terrein. Na een week moesten we helaas weer door, naar de volgende locatie in Sardinië. Maar een volgende keer blijven we zeker langer op deze geweldige plek. Tot snel!!

“Heerlijk en zorgeloos”
Heerlijk huis met 2 aparte slaapkamers, ‘huge living’ en knusse woonkeuken! Mijn vriendinnen en ik hadden deze lodge gekozen vanwege de stoere Noord-Europese inrichting en de haard in het herfstseizoen. Als Toscaanse met Nederlandse ‘roots’ vond ik het leuk met Leontine in het mijn moedertaal te overleggen, mijn Texaanse vriendin was blij met het Amerikaanse koffiezetapparaat, mijn Italiaanse vriendinnen met de diverse sterkere espresso-apparaten en lokale gidsjes en plattegronden. We hebben de Costa Smeralda buiten het seizoen verkend en genoten van seafood, funghi porcini en truffel in toffe restaurantjes onderweg. Eén dag hadden we pech met vies weer, maar toen zijn we gewoon lang in pyama blijven lopen, hebben mijn vriendinnen pasta en tiramusu gemaakt en hebben we ouderwets gekaart en gekwartet met de spelletjes die we in huis aantroffen. Met warmer weer was het waarschijnlijk gaver geweest op het strand, maar ik kon me in deze herfst geen betere ‘break’ of knussere plek voorstellen. Boven verwachting gave tijd gehad!
Owner's reply: 4 internationale vrouwen, gelukkig goede vriendinnen met sportieve instelling en stoere auto. Ze hadden gedurende dit lange weekend ook wat regenachtige periodes waarin ze gezellig thuis bleven kletsen, koken en spelletjes speelden, maar ze waren ook ondernemend genoeg om erop uit te gaan om het eiland te verkennen en de beste restaurantjes met truffel en funghi porcini te bezoeken. Leuke groep dames: van harte aanbevolen voor andere accommodaties: prima gasten!
