Description

The apartment is newly refurbished and boasts of mordern facilities in the bathroom and kitchen, new wardrobes have also been installed in the bedroom. The lounge area has a large balcony spanning the length of the living room. The apartment is small but very comfortable. There is also a large roof terrace that belongs to the apartment which has sunbeds and sun table and chairs.
The apartment is near but not on top of the Dolphin Pool in this area there is also a children's play ground.

From the apartment you can walk to the Marina which is full of restaurants and designer shops here you can also book many water sports. . You can also walk to the beach this is about a 10 - 15 minute walk, behind the Tivoli Hotel there is a Nikki Beach which is well worth a visit and in the evening you can go the the Nikki Beach Restaurant which is just across the road from Nikki Beach.

A short car ride away there are water parks, and Aqualand for the children.

A twenty minute drive away takes you to Algarve Shopping and enclosed shopping centre with many good shops.

First time we have booked this apartment but not the first visit to the Old Village. We loved the apartment, kitchen was very modern and huge balcony over looking the Dolphin Pool. There was also a huge roof terrace with lovely views.We will definately be booking again. The owner June is great to deal with and responds quickly to emails. Fab holiday, Thank you.

What a little gem of an apartment you have. We have just returned from 8 days of beautiful sunshine and being able to relax around the pool and the security of the village was a god send with two small children. The apartment was clean and cormfortable and the village is very picturesque with a lovely warm atmosphere. We will be in touch to book again thankyou. Teri Paul Cooper and Miles
