For your attention, please note that this property doesn't allow big parties, loud music, noise and also additional guests after booking confirmation are not allowed.

This detached large villa (320 SQ Meters) is situated downtown, it is close to all amenities and it is an Ideal accommodation for families or groups and represents luxurious living with good security.

The villa has 3 salons (lounges) two of them have air conditioning and one has a Large T.V and satellite system. There is also a fully equipped large Kitchen, barb-b-que and secure parking within the property.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double bed, ample cupboards, wardrobes in each bedroom, and one of them has an en-suite bathroom. And another separate bathroom is available upstairs. There is also a large roof terrace, private garden, electric garage doors, and security camera system is available in front of the door.

This Amazing Villa is only less than 10 minutes drive to Agadir's beautiful golden sandy beach. Furnished tastefully throughout and is the last word in luxury living. Don't be confused, this Villa is located in central Agadir, enjoying all of the shops, fine restaurants and most of all Agadir's splendid Corniche, and natural sandy beach.

Our accommodations also offer good value, privacy and choice not on offer in a Hotel. You can enjoy the comforts and safety offered in our holiday accommodations as a group, or a family would have at home. All of our rental properties have to pass our strict safety and comfort standards level, as all our properties have Air Conditioning, well equipped kitchens, satellite T.V and comfortable furnitures. Included in your rental holiday home is Internet connection, bed linens and towels, water, gas and electricity. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
