Agay Cap Esterel, district C2: two rooms fully equipped for 4/5 people located on the 1st floor in the village center with easy access without stairs, in the heart of shops and entertainment. Bedroom with double bed 140cm, living room with 2 sofa beds and trundle bed. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric hob, fridge, oven grill. Covered terrace opening onto the sea, equipped with table and chairs for 5 people. Access without stairs. ACCESS TO POOLS AND PARKING INCLUDED The Cap Estérel club village is the largest private and pedestrian holiday village in France including a 9-hole golf course, 5 swimming pools, tennis courts, spa, mountain biking, archery, mini-golf, entertainment for children and adults. An ideal holiday spot for the whole family, you will not need a car because everything is available in the village: restaurants, shops, shops, small supermarket, laundry and services. Its environment in the beautiful Bay of Agay is exceptional, it is located between the sea and the Massif de l'Esterel. Discovery walks and many beaches will delight all nature lovers and discovery. Spend a dream vacation with family, couples and friends! Many activities available including some paid and book on site: Golf 9 holes, tennis, mountain biking, mini golf, circus school .... Children's and Teen Clubs (from 3 months to 17 years old). Small free train to access the beaches and move in the village. Access to the aquatic areas included in the price: 1 heated pool from April to November. Playgrounds with wave pool, jacuzzi, diving board, big slide open from May to September. 2 pools in the hamlet: one with small slide for children and the other with paddling pool for the little ones. Shows and concerts in the evening (most free). Optional services upon reservation and subject to availability: Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included (possibility to book them with the agency). Parking is not free (68 € / week or 10 € / day) unless the accommodation has one. Bed linen rental: Large sheets for double bed: 15 € the kit Small sheets for single bed: 12 € the kit Rental towels: 1 large towel and 1 small: 10 € the kit The change of linen in progress of stay is with supplement and discount on the initial price: large sheets 12 €, small sheets 10 €, towels 8 €. Possibility of linen and cleaning package at advantageous prices. End of stay cleaning: 50 € studio, 60 € two rooms, 70 € three rooms and from 100 € 4 rooms and villa in Cap Esterel. WIFI: possibility to rent a pebble 4G from 39 € / week On request: half board or full board. Air conditioner rental Pets allowed only on request and with supplement: 30 € / week In addition: visitor's tax. Deposit: 500 € per apartment and 800 € for 4 rooms and villas For the arrival and the handing over of the keys thank you to present you to the agency located in Cap Esterel (street of the businesses in front of the supermarket) and to indicate to the advance your arrival time. Info village Cap Esterel: swimming pools, shops and entertainment (shows, train, gym ...) are not open between November and end of March. We welcome families and couples but do not accept youth groups.

How do damage deposits work?
