Description

The house is in a quiet street. If you like the tranquility, nature and the Greek way of life, you will feel at home in the house and the village. The house is equipped with A/C and washing machiner.

In the region you can find beautiful beaches of all kinds. The stone beach Paramonas 3 km away is good reachable by foot.

A taxi driver to the apartment, or renting of a scooter/car can be organized from me, if you wish

It is an new build hause that can be inhabited all the year. It is simply but comfortably furnished. Those in search of tranquility and nature will feel at home quickly in house and neighborhood. The house is situated at the foot of the largest mountain in the south Corfu, which is richly overgrown with wild herbs. After a 40 minute climb through the olive forest, you have a wonderful view over land and sea.

The main road that leads through the village is full of life by villagers in cafes and taverns. The main shopping can be done in the village, there are two supermarkets and some small shops for food .

The house was built a year ago, and its equipped with all the necessities to spend nice holidays. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms in the house. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds. For larger families or groups, the couch in the living room can be used too.

In the region you can find beautiful beaches of all kinds. The stone beach Paramonas 3 km away is good reachable by foot. A bit further you will find long sandbeaches as Chalikounas, also with beachbars. Or cliffs of claystone with hidden bays, where you can enjoy the sea on your own.

Bus to Corfu takes 45min.

Monday to Friday four rides daily 6-18 pm. Saturdays two trips, none at Sundays.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Arion (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
