Villa Chrysta

A beautiful 5-bedroom villa situated on the coast of Agios Theodoros with a stunning sea view, surrounded by outstanding natural beauty.

The space

Villa Chrysta, is located in a quiet, gated development with only one more villa, surrounded by a mature garden, offering a large swimming (11.00x5.5 meters),table tennis table and spacious outside area with uninterrupted sea view.

The ground floor features an open plan living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen offering all modern appliances, dining table, comfortable sofa set and large flat screen TV. On this level there is also a shower room with a toilet.

The first floor offers four fully airconditioned bedrooms with spacious wardrobes, three of them with a sea facing balcony and two bathrooms.

The Maia beach is only 1km from the villa, while the Alaminos beach 4km.

Villa Crysta offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and NETFLIX.

This is a unique villa away from touristic areas perfect for families who like peaceful and next to the sea and nature holidays.

Location

Villa Chrysta is only 25min from Larnaca airport and 10 minutes from Zygi village with a beautiful marina and many fish restaurants. Only 35 minutes from the cities of Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If IOANNIS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
