Description

This beautiful modern rustic hillside home offers two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The master bedroom with its ocean view, is equipped with a queen size bed, a three piece private washroom and a walk in closet, The home offers two other washrooms: a 4 piece and a 2 piece. The living room faces the ocean and is equipped with leather sofas, fireplace, tv, WiFi internet,and surround sound system with radio and usb entrance and aux.The dining room, also with ocean views, features a custom made wood table that seats ten people.The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, sink , iron and ironing table for your convenience. Tile floor throughout the home, except for the bedrooms which are hardwood.The home also offers a garage with automatic door with direct access to the interior of the home.There is a 23 m by 3 m terrace facing the ocean and an outdoor grill, a traditional wood oven and a bonfire. The entrance to the property is done through an automatic gate and a 150 meter gravel road until the home. All wheel drive vehicles are NOT necessary. The entire home is one floor and is wheelchair accessible.Outdoor pets are allowed and the house offers two outdoor kennels.

Quinta do Sanguinhal offers an eco-friendly environment. You will have complementary full access to an organic vegetable garden to pick fresh vegetables and a chicken coop with fresh eggs daily. We do not use any harmful substances in the home, so as this is a country home, it is likely you may encounter some insects like a few ants mostly in the early summer.

During the winter and early spring, due to a high humidity index, you might find some humidity build up on the walls close to the floor. This is present in every home on the islands and is harmless. Our home is equipped with a large supply of firewood for the fireplace that heats up the home and eliminates humidity.

This unique enclosed property, features extraordinary mountain and ocean views. You will be marveled by the breathtaking sunrises and the extraordinary view of nothing but the Atlantic in front of you. Because it is situated away form the town, it offers a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere where nature can be viewed, heard and enjoyed.

Besides the wide variety of activities that the island has to offer, there are many activities to engage in during your stay at Quinta do Sanguinhal. This part of the island offers a wide variety of beautiful trails. Ask your hosts for advice on the best places to explore..Home made meals can also be made available if requested and for extra charge.

How do damage deposits work?
