Aitutaki Ootu Villa is, located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Aitutaki! Sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing panoramic views of the lagoon, and in the evening watch the sunset. The Villa is self contained with full cooking and laundry facilities. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an en suite, and another separate bathroom. Ideal for families who are looking for a great place to escape and relax. With the water just meters away from your doorstep you will enjoy swimming or snorkeling in the aqua lagoon. There are restaurants and a great café all within walking distance from the villa.

$300.00 per night for couple

$70 extra persons per night

$40.00 per person for return airport transfers

$30.00 ADDITIONAL PER BEDROOM A NIGHT FOR AIRCON

There are a few great restaurants & and a café within walking distance, and great coffee!

Payment Options: 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, and balance required 30 days before guest arrival

Our Accommodation Cancellation Policies

All cancellations incur a 1 night accommodation charge

1.) Outside 120 days prior to expected arrival date: no fee

2.) Between 119 to 60 days of expected arrival date: – a fee of the relevant rate equal to 50% of total accommodation will be charged.

3.) 59 days or less of expected arrival, or no show: a fee of the relevant rate equal to 100% of total accommodation will be charged.

4.) Amendment fees apply to nights removed within the cancellation period as stated above.

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your travel, cancellation fees will apply. We strongly recommend that you take travel insurance to cover any loss of deposits or full payments made for accommodation costs. To protect against loss of income we are required to charge cancellation fees.

Because we are not connected to the water main pipes (not available in the area) we rely on rain water, therefore dont allow visitors as water is very precious and only for our paying guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Madam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
