The house is a duplex, which is used as a unit. It is located in the residential district of Alanya - Kargicak. The elevated position provides an excellent view of the Taurus mountains, the sea and the bay of Alanya.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and gas heating, so that a year-round use is possible. For master bedroom additionally feature a dressing room. The two upstream porches allow even when occupied by an individual design of the stay. In the living room there is also a fireplace, which especially in the transitional period radiates a homely atmosphere.

Before and behind the house there are seating areas that allow corresponding position of the sun a pleasant stay. A portable and a permanently installed outdoor barbecue facilities provide sufficient preparation facilities by the fish and meat lovers.

In addition to the parking space outside the property is in the building even a garage.

On the ground floor is for a living room with sitting area (3/2/1), fireplace, TV and kitchen with stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, grill, toaster, microwave and large fridge and a seating area for 7 people.

The living room and the kitchen is always still a glazed veranda upstream.

Prior to the kitchen is a sitting area that has partially covered, or with Markisse. There exists here a serving hatch from the kitchen, so no running paths are necessary.

On the roof there are 3 terraces, 2 of which can be used per stay. One has the exclusive view of the mountains, the second panoramic views of the sea, the Alanya Castle and the Taurus Mountains. On the 3rd terrace is the satellite dish and the emergency generator.

Behind the house (access via porch kitchen, garage or from Pool ago), there is another seating area with barbecue.

The basement comprises next to the garage a second kitchen, a bar with a seating area on the well 2 sleeps can be set up, the sauna shower and the toilet.

The onsite pool, is surrounded by trees, plants and hedges, so it is actually very private.

For "long distance swimmers" he has even a counter-current system.

The actual consumption of water and energy will be settled and paid locally at Home Staging.
