Description

Moving home, on a holiday, conference or just visiting family, this spacious well appointed 6 bedroom Home is well suited. Close bike ride to Buses connecting to Brisbane City, Train station about 10 minutes drive & Westfield shopping center about 10 minutes drive. We are in a quiet yet convenient location.

With all the comforts of home this 6 bedroom home is equipped with a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher & full size fridge, energy efficient, self catering, 55" Plasma wall mounted TV & an outdoor fireplace. With 6 different room types, this 2 level home also comes with a bath + shower & separate toilet for convenience on each level of the home.

Guest access

We have 2 acres next to land without fences so you will get to enjoy nature: just hang out on the deck, take a hike in the woods, watch the cookoobarras, pet the goats, feed the chickens, go to the beach or gaze at the stars - as long as the moon isn't full. ; ) To check our availability, click on the "Request to Book" link. And yes, if it isn't available, it is already booked! If you want to stay here on a weekend during the summer, you will need to make your reservation request about 6 months in advance. We do, however, occasionally get a cancellation, so if you want a date that's already booked, you can let us know and we will notify you of a cancellation. If you want to stay here, but the Eatons Retreat is booked up, we now have the Huntington Villa (fully self-contained 2 bedroom villa) available: . You will have the same access to quality, a swimming pool & tennis court and lots of privacy. Not to mention the hundreds of species of birds, sun, a flower garden and shops, not too far away.

Shaded by Spotted Gum and Iron Bark trees and next to a koala sanctuary, you can enjoy the outdoors from the deck. In the summer, it is cool and in the winter you might get to hear the creek running below on this 2 acre property situated close to Bunya Forest.

The cozy and clean Home has 2 levels. There are 4 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs and a toilet & shower on each level. Bookings by visa and master card are accepted. We provide clean sheets and pillow cases. Plenty of blankets are also provided along with lots of other necessities.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Jose (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
