Spacious detached modern villa built 2012 with swimming pool in the village of Acipreste, near Alcobaca (8 minutes drive) surrounded by fruit trees and grapevines, views over beautiful countryside and the Serra dos Candeeiros hills in the distance make this the perfect location for a relaxing holiday.

Upper Floor - Open plan kitchen, dining, living area all with new furnishings and appliances including L shaped sofa, Flatscreen TV with bluetooth soundbar, Dvd player with various dvd's, PS3 games console with a selection of games and log burning stove (firewood provided), the kitchen is fully equiped with built in electric oven, induction hob, microwave, full size dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a shower wet room/wc on this level. Patio doors open onto the pool/garden and terrace which surrounds the villa providing plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Electric gate entry allows access to hardstanding car parking area.

Lower Floor - This level has 3 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite wetroom and walk-in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has a double bed with built in wardrobe and bedroom 3 has two single beds with built in wardrobe, a travel cot and high chair are also provided, all 3 bedrooms have patio doors onto a large terrace perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine. A large family bathroom with shower over the bath is also on this level.

Basement - Stairs from the bedroom level lead to the basement which has a laundry room with washing machine.

All windows in the property have electric shutters for added security.

Outside - Swimming Pool, garden including large lawn ideal for outdoor games and a herb garden for the chef, sheltered BBQ area for outdoor dining, outdoor furniture including sunloungers, dining tables & chairs. Towels for use around the Pool and firewood for the BBQ provided.

Outdoor games equipment includes "Y" Golf target game, Badminton set & pool floats.

Wi-Fi Internet access available.

A welcome pack is provided.

Arrival & Departure times can be flexible depending on other bookings.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jeff & Judith (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
