Casa dos Sonhos 25708/AL is a detached one bedroom holiday house situated in a small village just minutes from the municipal city of

Alcobaça. Ideally situated to cater for all types of holiday, with beaches, natural parks, historical monuments, World Heritage Sites and stunning scenery all within a short drive. The property has beautiful far reaching views of the Serra dos Candeeiros mountain range and magnificent countryside. Free parking is provided on a large private driveway.

During your stay at Casa dos Sonhos we respect your privacy and so we will leave you to enjoy your holiday, however, if there is anything you require, please just let us know and we will do our best to be of assistance in any way. There are folders on a side table in the property with operating instructions for appliances and another with lots of information about nearby places of interest and directions to the nearest supermarkets etc. The gas to heat the water in this property is supplied in gas bottles (not mains connection), if during your stay the water turns cold, please let us know and we will change over to a new bottle of gas. Des propriétaires adorables avec un réél sens de l'accueil. Appartement / Maison cosy au calme et très très propre. Très bien équipé de matériel en parfait état. Tina (leur fille) est adorable et ses conseils de visite et découverte de la région nous ont enchantés. Ecouter ses suggestions nous a valu de vraies découvertes. A proximité de toutes les commodités +/- 2 kms tout en étant au calme dans la verdure. Je recommande chaudement cette location.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Robert (the owner) a message.

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
