Excellent apartment with incredible and stunning views of the Mediterranean sea. The apartment lies in front of the great San Juan beach, one of the best areas in Alicante city, full of restaurants and cafes.The location is perfect for exploring all of Alicante`s attractions.

The nearest tram station is Costa Blanca (an easy 2 minutes walk from the apartment) on the line to other towns as Campello, Benidorm or Altea. Nearby Alicante Golf Course is one of the most popular areas of Alicante.

Groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed.

Boasting beachfront restaurants, bars, cafés and pubs, the San Juan Beach is also known for its selection of any water sport you can imagine! Spot people jogging and playing volleyball, skating, cycling, surfing and families out for a leisurely stroll.

“Superb location, disappointing apartment.”

The location of this apartment is amazing, very close to the promenade, beautiful sandy beach and the tram. Also an easy walk to the supermarket. The apartment is a good size and clean but is in need of some refurbishment. Certain things were irritating - several wardrobes locked, no mirrors in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, not enough dinner knives for 6 people or wine glasses and blinds in the lounge that did not work properly. We used Meditteranean Lettings airport transfer service and supermarket shopping service, both of which were excellent. The apartment could be beautiful with a little time and money spent on it. At the moment it is average, but for the price we paid, and the size of the apartment, it was still good value for money.

we spent the wholefamily a wonderful Easter. The apartment ison the edge of the beach. It´s very spacious and sunny, with a wonderful pool. Highly recommended for families with children

we rent for two weeks with two young children. It wa really nice to fogot the car for a fortnight. evrything you need is near : the beach,the golf, supermarmerkts etc.... walking or catching the bus or tha Tram

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
