Description

Independent House with typical Alentejo moth, combined with a modern interior that leaves enhance the brightness of the same.

The so-called Costa Vicentina, the West coast of the Algarve, stretches for over 60 km of Cape St. Vincent, the southwestern most point of the European continent, to Odeceixe at the border to the Alentejo. The rugged coastline and steep is intermittent for the Sun, fish and seafood are a constant ... breathtaking scenery, beaches as far as the eye can see covered, special for water sports such as surfing, and a river for canoeing.

She was elected in 2012 the best beach in cliffs of Portugal and is certainly of the most beautiful in Europe, fine dining, where the sea flavour and taste of the Earth, this area offers dominate grocery stores, restaurants and cafés, with nice Alentejo bread and cakes, health center and daycare center. Pharmacy, square of vegetables and fresh fish every day.

The House consists of a large living room with wood burning stove, fitted kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms (with 9, 70 m 2 and 9, 50 m 2), 2 WC with shower. The rooms have double bed being one of them in suite, outside there is a large terrace with BBQ (with an area of 25, 72), totally private, where you can enjoy a nice outdoor dining and where children can play in total safety. The level of infrastructure, offers all the equipment to make you feel at home: total land Area: 92.16 m2 Rooms Equipment-2 double beds, an en-suite, plus a further WC, wardrobe, bed linen included.

Kitchen-Stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Toaster, kettle, Blender, mixer, electric heating, dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots, etc living room Stereo, DVD, LCD, cable and satellite TV, internet, 1 sofa-bed and a leather pouf.

Terrace has a barbecue with dishwasher, game of darts, table and chairs, hammock, Sun Chair. Ground floor view of Village Southeast Orientation.

Beach: 2.5 km. townhouse, village centre: 400 m, supermarket: 100 m, restaurant: 50 m, Bank: 400 m, bus stop: 500 m, 100 m health centre, café 50 m, vegetables and fresh fish market 400 m, PSP, 400 m. Bars, 400 m.

Activities in the surrounding fishing, surfing, canoeing, sea/ocean, forest, supervised Beaches, hiking interesting places in the village of Odeceixe you can find several interesting sites: a stroll along the sidewalks, enjoying the beauty of simplicity of traditional aquitectura, the interesting Church of Nossa Senhora da Piedade, s. or the Windmill, towering, where still grinds flour, or down, enjoy the floodplain where the agriculture and grazing have a beautiful winding river path to framework of Lies which borders the village, rightly named ' a paradise between the mountains and the sea.
