Description

Casa Las Flores is a cute little holiday cottage in Andalusia, with large sun terrace and views to the Mediterranean Sea and mountains, located in a picturesque urbanization on the outskirts of Almuñecar on the Costa Tropical.

In only about 1 minute walking distance from Casa Las Flores there is a large shared swimming pool (open all year) which offers wonderful views to the Mediterranean, the nearby beaches and the surrounding mountains of the Costa Tropical in Andalusia.

The terraced house is ideal for up to 4 guests. There are two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

Next to the bathroom (bathtub/shower), there is a comfortable living/dining room with a cozy sofa corner, dining table and TV with large LCD screen (ASTRA satellite) and DVD player. Internet access (WiFi) is available for free.

The kitchen, which opens to the living/dining room, is equipped comfortably: fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, oven, 4-flame gas stove, kettle, mixer, toaster, electric orange juicer, dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking pots.

Special highlights are the large sun terrace with BBQ, ideal for cosy summer nights, as well as the large shared pool with magnificent sea view and nice lawn for sunbathing. From here, you can watch dolphins in the nearby see – a wonderful place for a perfect holiday!

It is only about a 10-minutes-walk (or 2-minutes-drive) to the next beach, the ample "Playa de Velilla" in Almuñécar, with its many bars and restaurants for every taste and budget.

The beautiful beaches "Playa de Cabria" and "Playa del Tesorillo" with pretty restaurants (Spanish, Italian and international) are also very close.

Also very popular is the "Aqua Tropic" water park on "Playa de Velilla" beach – with open-Air slides, swimming pool, solarium and numerous water activities.

To the old town of Almuñécar with its picturesque alleyways and typical Spanish tapas bars, as well as to the town centre, with several supermarkets (such as Lidl, Mercadona) offering Spanish specialties and a wide international range, it is only around 5 minutes by car (or a 20 minutes' walk).

In town center, there is a daily market where you can buy fresh fish and a lot more Mediterranean specialties! The weekly market (each Friday) is a must! Here you find fashionable articles next to some tradespeople selling Andalusian arts and crafts, Flamenco dresses and Spanish treats.

Here, on Costa Tropical in Andalusia, you still get "Tapas" (small and tasty delicacies) for free with your drink!

Many other sights, such as world-famous Alhambra in Granada, are within approx. one hour by car.

Please note:

Gas is charged at Cas Las Flores according to consumption. This is used for cooking only and a new bottle costs approx. 15 Euros.

100 kWh of electricity per week are included, which is usually sufficient for normal consumption without the use of the air conditioning system. Only an overlying consumption is calculated. Please keep the windows and doors closed when using the air conditioning system in order to keep the power consumption within economically and ecologically acceptable limits.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
