It´s an apartment register as Local apartment in Portimãol townhall under the nº AL-7167/2015 of 30/01/2015, 5883/AL.

Property located near the sea, extending for 35 hectares of landscaped gardens on the cliff with direct access to the beaches, revealing the ideal family vacation, with friends or simply relaxes.

This quiet resort where is located is distinguished not only by the high quality of its accommodation units but also the wide range of services and facilities available for all ages. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with TV and DVD, 2 suites, and garden overlooking the pool, still equipped with air conditioning. The project which is located comprises three outdoor pools for adults, including pool planted on top of the cliff, with the ocean as background, children's pool, several restaurants and top quality specialties, tennis courts, health club and a supermarket.

The surrounding area is quiet, but close to the best golf courses in the region and only 2 km from the small fishing village of Alvor and Praia da Rocha, two different locations but famous for its restaurants, crafts and entertainment.
