This cosy 4 bedroom apartment with a huge living-room with open fully equipped kitchen, is situated in a green parc compound with a kids playgarden and free parking.

Ground floor:

Terrace, small entrance hall, small toilet, living-room and open kitchen, terrace garden at the back with a gaz barbecue.

First floor:

Small hall, 2 children's bedrooms with single beds, 1 bedroom with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with bath and toilet and double basin.

Second floor:

Small hall with machine, master bedroom with double bed.

The house is fully equipped and free use off towels and bedlinnen.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, coffee machine and all other electric equipment you need to prepare a healthy meal.

For €20 extra you can use the gas barbecue during your stay and bikes are for rental for €10 per day.

City tax €1,63 per person per night from the age of 10 years.

Metro 51 goes directly to the city centre and the station is on walking distance.

Bus 300 has easy connection between Schiphol airport and Bijlmer-Arena.

For each adult we supply free public transport tickets (GVB) in Amsterdam during your stay.

Getting around

Public transport is easy and we will provide you with free GVB cards during your stay. Metro and bus on walkingdistance and takes you within 25 minutes to the heart of Amsterdam. Bus 300 takes you to Schiphol Airport and Bijlmer Arena music halls, stadium and large shopping malls within 15 minutes. Eco taxis are cheap and easy to upload apps. All information will be provided on your arrival day and I will stay in close contact for any questions or help.

Interaction with guest

I prefer to stay in close contact before your arrival to get to know your arrival time and your pickup time from the airport, tram-, metro-, train- or bus station. 24 hrs I will be standby during your stay and anytime, if you have just a question, a problem or a special request you can always contact me. Public transport is easy and we will provide you with free GVB cards during your stay. Most basic necessities are available in our house and a supermarket is on walking distance.

House rules

Smoking is allowed in the garden. Please respect the neighbors as you are staying in a residential compound.
Parties and loud music is not allowed.
We offer you a small dutch breakfast on your first arrivalday.
For all paying guests above 16 years old we supply free GVB public transport cards for the days you are staying with us.
There are bikes and a motorbike for rental and if you want to use the gaz barbecue we ask only €20 for the gaz bottle.

Why can't I call Jan (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jan (the owner) a message.

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
