Description

We offer you a stylish furnished and spacious home (100m2) with a cosy garden to enjoy sunny afternoons and late night dinners. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 adult persons or a family with 2 adults and (up to) 4 children).

Please notice, due to Amsterdam regulations this apartment is only available for 4 adult persons or a family of 2 adults and (up to) 4 children. You are welcome to stay a minimum of 7 nights or more if you like up to 160 nights!

This spacious and stylish apartment consists of 2 floors with (steep) interior stairs. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 200 and 160 x 200), 1 annex small bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200), 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Downstairs in the living room there is a comfortable sleeping couch for 2 persons (140 x 200). The apartment has a small garden where you can enjoy sunny afternoons or late night dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking amenties (such as microwave/oven, dishwasher). The apartment has central heating and we provide Wifi access and digital TV. There is a hairdryer, washing machine, dryer & iron at your disposal. Towels and bedlinen and first needs like tea, sugar & coffee are provided.

The apartment is located in Old West area, a quiet and green area with nice shops and good restaurants just around the corner, close to museum area and the famous Vondel Park. The apartment is good accessible by all means of transport (tramway stop is 5 min walk). Ride to city center is 5 minutes. Parking is possible in front of the house. Unfortunately parking is not free. (3 euro per hour, 27,50 euro for a daycard from 9.00 - 24.00 hours). Parking is also possible at some P & R places in the outskirts of Amsterdam (8 euro per day).

The neighbourhood Old West is very popular and well known for its good restaurants and trendy lounge bars and daily markets! The street itself is very green, quiet and friendly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sabrine (the owner) a message.

If Sabrine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
