Description

This entire apartment with beautiful roof terrace is located in Amsterdam. Available for 2 persons a night. It sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be fixed together as one double bed. The roof terrace of 50 m2 gives you a 360° view on the city of Amsterdam. Here you can also relax. The price includes tourist tax, cleaning, bed linen and towels.

The apartment is located in a nice quiet street with a variety of good restaurants, also for super breakfasts.

Bike renting is around the corner.

The apartment is a NO SMOKING apartment and not available for COFFEESHOP TOURISTS.

We like to welcome people who are interested in the city and culture of Amsterdam.

The apartment is at the 4th floor, and has no elevator. I It is not suitable for very young children or people who have problems with stairs.

Our hostess can give you all the tourist information you need, and print out museumtickets. So ypu do not have to spent your holiday time standing in long ques.

You can park your car at P+R Bos en Lommer or P+R Sloterdijk Not far away and cheap Euro 10,- 96 hours. We help you with all the information you need.

Bedlinen, towels, coffee, tea, sucre, oil, vinager, etc are included. You will find a variety of affordable good restaurants with cosy terraces in our street and around the corner.

You can easily do some shopping In several supermarkets around the corner.

The musea, the beautifulcenter, tne famous Nine Streets, The Noordermarkt, The Leidseplein, The Heineken Brewery, The Anne Frank Museum, and many other topics can be easily reached by a little walk.

We can arrange a unforgettable private boattrip with a super-guide through the canals.

House rules

The apartment is not suitable for receiving people other then our paying guests.
We do not like to welcome drugstourists or party seekers. The use of drugs inside the apartment or on the roof terrace is not allowed. Our neighbours allow us to rent out the apartment, but on the serious condition that guests respect the atmosphere and tranquility of the neighbourhood. No loud talking on the stairs because of sleeping children of neighbours.
