Villa Liu is located in the western part of Koh Samui, 1.5 km from Nathon Pier and has a private pool, terrace, garden, and free Wi-Fi. Guests staying at this villa can use a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa is located on a hill, has two one-story houses and a fenced area. From the parking for two cars guests enter the lovely tropical garden. In the middle part of the villa there is a living room with kitchen, a sofa, a Smart-TV and a dining table. Next to the living room there is a small room with a washing machine and a toilet. The second house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms. The location of the houses allows noisy rest in the living room and sleep in the bedrooms.

Pool with sea view and with a gradual increase in depth (for families with children).

Property is cleaned, linens and towels changed weekly. Service of pool and garden twice a week. When renting a villa for more than 10 days, electricity is additionally paid for 6 Baht / kW.

To make the most of your stay, renting a car is recommended. We are happy to assist with this.

Your vacation is awaited by beautiful sea sunsets, sea breeze, mountain air and clear water from our deep well!

Why can't I call Vladimir (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vladimir (the owner) a message.

If Vladimir (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
