Anglet Beaches, Residence Chiberta Country Club, on the golf course of Chiberta, 500 meters from the beach of the ocean .Studio classified tourism 32m ² + terrace of 06 m2, located on floor, with view on the lake, equipped for 2 / 3 persons including: 1 entrance, independent alcove with 1 bed 90 for a guest or a child, 1 separate living room (TV, wifi, BOSE station, sofa bed 160), 1 independent kitchenette with (2 induction plates, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster) 1 separate bathroom with bath and wall shower, towels provided, soap, shower gel, hairdryer, towel dryer. 1 separate WC. Terrace of 6m² sunny in the morning. Access to the private pool and a numbered private parking space. Next to our residence: beaches, golf, tennis, thalassotherapy center, fitness center, equestrian center.

Owner's reply: Caroline est très respectueuse des lieux , discrete et super sympa. C est une hôte qui peut revenir quand elle le désire nous la recevrons avec beaucoup de plaisir. Le studio était plus que nickel après son depart, merci beaucoup. Bonne année 2018 et de beaux séjours au Pays Basque.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send SERGE (the owner) a message.

If SERGE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
