Located in Phinney('s) Cove on the beautiful Bay of Fundy. This cozy 2 bedroom 'bungalow' is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is a large yard perfect for a game of badminton or volleyball (provided) or if you prefer you can sit back in an adirondack chair to read or just enjoy the view. The large lawn leads directly to your own rock/pebble beach which is perfect for beachcombing or an evening bonfire.

Nice deck/balcony off livingroom to enjoy family barbeques or just relax.

In fact some pictures are previous to some updates and painting. Feb. 2016 we are planning another update. We have a nicer, much more comfortable brown leather couch and a tan leather IKEA chair. WE are doing a full 180* (degree) flip of the furniture and TV layout in livingroom. As well as planning on putting in some new windows along the SW wall, new cabinets and hardwood floors in main living space. It will make the kitchen and living room much sunnier in the afternoons especially. Please contact us for updates/progress. **To be completed prior to June 2016**

3D LED flatscreen TV and internet - for keeping in touch with your peeps at home. Note, internet interuptions are rare (from a tower based system) but it can be up to 10+ days for service, if there is a difficulty with it, it is not "guaranteed" (or no compensation - if not working)

EQUIPMENT:

Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen; fridge, stove, microwave, Kitchen-aide mixer, rice cooker, George Foreman Grill, slow cooker, BBQ - just bring your food. Indoor and outdoor games, small library, washer, clothesline and pegs. We provide fresh linens, light housekeeping once a week for stays longer than a week (upon request).

Queen size bed in master bedroom , double bed in 2nd bedroom. Complete four piece bathroom. Also, we MAY have a dvd player and small tv in 2nd bedroom to entertain your children - just bring their favorite dvd's or games to play. Please note: this 2nd tv does not have satellite hookup.

Large (domed) outbuilding also on property. Please contact us if you have any questions at all.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Thomas (the owner) a message.

If Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
