Description

The Orchard Guesthouse is situated in the beautiful and picturesque village of Ano Lechonia at the foothills of Mt Pelion, just 11km from the city of Volos. Its central location makes it the ideal base from which to explore this beautiful mountain and all it has to offer.

The Guesthouse is comprised of 4 independent, fully equipped apartments, each with its own unique character:

The Four Seasons (4 persons)

The Warehouse Studio (2/3 persons)

The Hayloft Studio (2 persons)

The Old Stable (2 persons).

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, shower room and dining/sitting room with TV/Monitor (that can be connceted to your own mobile device) and free Wi-Fi. Also provided are shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, iron and laundry facilities.

Each apartment can be rented individually as well. Please look for the separate listings on the Holiday Lettings site or send me a message and I will provide you with a quote for the number of people in yout group.

The area offers many outdoor activities such as hiking/mountaineering, mountain biking, horse riding, sailing and water sports. Depending on the time of year there will be different activities available or we can organise a set of activities based on your preferences.

House rules

Smoking is allowed in the outside areas (balconies, patios, BBQ etc). We accept well behaved and house trained dogs in the downstairs appartments. Please be advised that there we also have a dog who considers the property her domain :-)

“Excellent, authentic guest house in Pelion, Greece!”

Renovated guest house with great attention to detail. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Balcony view is excellent. We plan on staying here again next time visiting Greece. Many thanks to Leda for her warm hospitality!

Why can't I call Leda (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Leda (the owner) a message.

If Leda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
