'Antiparos Homes' is a professional holiday home rental business in Sifneikos Gyalos, Antiparos

Holiday Home rental is a really spacious 140 sqm stone house that has been built on a ground and a lower ground level.

On the ground level of the holiday home are the kitchen, dining and living areas, and a toilet. This luxurious house for rent has a large open plan kitchen that is fully equipped with all modern appliances (electric cooker, oven, fridge, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, utensils). The kitchen leads to a large open plan dining area and living room with comfortable built-in cushioned sofas.

On the lower ground level of the villa for rent are 2 master suites, with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size double bed and an additional single bed. The second bedroom has a king-size double bed. This luxurious house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons. Furthermore, we can install children’s beds, baby cot, and high chair, on request.

The house for rent has a spacious private veranda with a pergola, dining table, and comfortable seating area where visitors can sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The veranda has an unobstructed beach view, as well as Antiparos village view.

Fresh linens and towels are provided twice a week. Maid service and private cook is provided on request. Each villa for rent is equipped with a laundry machine, ironing facility, 50 inches LED TV with NETFLIX, fully air-conditioned in all bedrooms and living spaces, fast wifi and ethernet ports.

Small pets are welcome but no smoking is allowed indoors.

Whitewashed stone walls in the living room let the light bounce around the space, a nod to the island’s historic architecture. Forged cement floors throughout are a cool respite if you’ve been on the hot sands of the beach all day. Slipcovered built-in banquettes in the living area are quietly inviting, and there’s an equally welcoming dining space in the fully equipped kitchen.

The complex is situated less than 100 meters from the sandy beach and 750 meters from Antiparos town. Its the ideal location as it’s near the village, supermarket, and restaurants and the guests only need a car to go to more distant beaches. Guests will only need a car to visit more distant beaches on Antiparos

"Antiparos Homes" resort is secured with a stonewall fence and there is an electric gate that can be operated with the provided remote control as well as with a fixed keypad. Guests have full access to all areas of the house. The house has a private entrance. Guests have access to a shared garden and barbeque area There are a reception and management room. "Antiparos Homes" staff is available on site during working hours and also available for emergencies 24/7 over the phone. A person will be available 24/7 to assist you
